Can someone enlighten me what people discuss on these boards? I seriously just registered for the board for fun. I have no idea what is going on. I am being serious. I still can't figure out what people discuss here. Hence why I've posted on stuff I know(sex, drugs, gender, Britney Spears, Jersey Shore, etc)

No, like coding. As in computer coding. As in writing computer programs or scripts or html or even bbcode.

Pay more attention to what's going on around you. Browse forums beyond General. Learn, even if it's to only know you never want to set foot in an area again. And read this. All of it. No, I'm not kidding.

The fora are about thread derailment, except where the threads are carefully thought out and on a board where derailment is considered a bad thing.

Also, puppies.

I'd describe the fora as
  • The toxiplasma gondii in your brain that makes you read xkcd.
  • The faceless man taunting you in your dreams.
  • That insight you get when you're absolutely shitfaced, fall over in the street, try to get up but you can't, so you relax; how laying in the middle of the road is actually pretty nice. Look at the sky spin.
  • The first cigarette that fucks up your attempt at quitting smoking.
I edit my posts a lot and sometimes the words wrong order words appear in sentences get messed up.
