I'm too much of a bum to read this whole thread, but in case anyone is ever curious and looks me up:
20 as of this writing (born Dec. 5 '85 if you want to figure it out yourself), female, born and raised on the east side of the San Francisco Bay (i.e. not the San Francisco side, for the geography impaired). I'm a big believer in education and not coincidentally a high school dropout. Right now, I'm pretty much a slacker, still trying to find the thing that grabs me and makes me want to work at it. In the meantime, I mostly write silly PHP toys.
Oh, and half-assed attempts at comics; cf. my icon (which is me as a lineart penguin).

When I'm not slaving away in my pubicle, I play guitar, sing songs, cook delicious foods and bother my friends. Oh, and I am the defacto leader of an organization called Pie Club, where a bunch of ladies get together to eat pie and drink whiskey, while wearing sweatpants. It's pretty much the most amazing time ever.

I do tech support for corporate clients.
I'm turning 21 in a week, so I'll soon be able to (legally) drink away the stupidity of someone who calls because NumLock is enabled.
As a young man with way more money than I strictly need, I enjoy all the fun technological gadgets that I want. It's is pimp with a platinum grill. Or something like that.

I had a problem with numlock once... But to be fair it was the first time I used my new macbook and I didn't realise I'd done it. I just stopped having letters. But then i saw the little green light.

I mean, I work at a level I support desk. I'm expected to fix ~53% of the problems I get calls on.
This is greatly aided by stupidity.
To be fair, I do no work at all.

Hilo! It is the post of first from me. ; ).
I am...
20 years of age,
Female,
Unfortunately an uninhabitable (but it must be habitable since people live here) little town called Americus, in Georgia. If you like science, this is not a good place to be. Infact this town boasts of more churches per capita than anywhere else in the U.S. Makes Kansas look liberal... (Not to say religion and science can't coexist, but
these people don't think so).
I'm about to graduate with a Bachelors in Psychology, and then I'm off to a hoity-toity Fine Arts college to get my M.F.A.
I want to make comic books as a way to express my own propoganda about the world.

Yah yah, poo.

You are probably not the oldest person here; but I might be. However, this forum does not discriminate on the basis of age. If you laugh at the comic, even if you're faking, you can post.

Haha!
I might consider a fake laugh if I don't get a particular comic, just so other people don't suspect that I don't know *that much* about differential calculus.

I have finally begun to post. Like many people, I started reading the comics when I was linked to the Sudo one. I can't pick a favourite comic because the whole collection is just a big blob of funny to me.
I'm 23/m/Sydney, Australia. My job title is "Desktop Deployment Engineer", which sounds almost impressive until you find out that I'm essentially a courier who opens the boxes and plugs the stuff in. My normal clients are hospitals, whose IT departments are too busy with all their terribly computer-illiterate medical staff to have time to wander around plugging computers in. It's the easiest decent-paying job I can imagine myself doing. My life is awesome.

I'm a music teacher. They keep saying music and math were related in college but my comp professor didn't like it when I handed him algebra equations and my math teacher hated the fugue I turned in for my end of semester project. What gives?

I give up on searching for the opportunity to make the perfect first post so I'll go the boring route. Hello! I'm a student from Central California (what's up gonzophysicist?) desparately looking for a college to attend next year. If anyone is interested I'm looking into biochemistry, but don't worry, I won't put hormones in your cows.

Actually, I work with fiber lasers so I can typically make them fairly compact. That said, I do work with some giant lasers. Apparently one of the other group here just got a cutting laser that looks exactly like Megatron's arm gun. We're going to sneak in some time and stick a Decepticon logo sticker on it.

things:
* I am impressed by the diversity of the readers of this fine comic web-site
* I may be the oldest person here who divulged the numerical value of their age
* My username is because many years ago, I got sick of trying to find some version of 'anne' that hasn't been already used by someone else. it has nothing to do with the name of this fine comic web-site
* I am very tired right now
