I know that, I was just too lazy to mention it. Also that sounded much worse that when we used to say it 3 years ago :(

I think I remember the Berlin Wall, but I was too young to know its significance... Challenger was a bit before my time... and I was England during Chernobyl although too young to remember it... but I did have an Atari STFM for ages. Actually, it's worse than that. I started learning BASIC on a Vic 20. It a had a tape drive. You typed "load" and then pressed play. If you wanted to save, you had to push the record button. We didn't get a proper computer (i.e. a Mac) until the mid 90s...

edit: it's != its

Yeahhh! We had an ADAM computer for a bit - It was massive. You loaded in cassette tapes and that! And it had a Buck Rogers game built in. OLD SKOOL

Anyone else remember the monochrome monitors that were ORANGE?

Most monochrome monitors were green on black or white on black, but my friend Josh had one that was a brownish orange on black. It was WAY cooler than green on black, but by the time he got that we'd replaced our computer with one that had VGA!

Schools and libraries had those. I remember those were back before screen savers, and you could aways see the text burnt in. :)

18, 19 in less than two weeks! Squeeeeee!

We had an old green on black one, I think. From my Opa. It had lots of mathsy games, so we donated it to our primary school. They probably have got rid of it now. I would have liked it back, it was awesome!

Haha, that's nothing to worry about. By this forum's age spread I'm over the hill at 22!
One of these days my desk is going to collapse in the middle and all its weight will come down on my knee and tear my new fake ACL. It could be tomorrow. This is my concern.
