I think if I saw giant genitals on the wall, my reaction would be something like "WTF, lol, where's my camera?" And then I'd either take a picture or discover the batteries are dead again, and walk away.

Those of you who haven't seen the Vagina Monologues are really missing out. It's funny, it's touching, and really it's for everybody. I went last year with some of my fraternity brothers, and we all really liked it. (yes, that is the sound of your stereotypes shattering)

I wasn't really impressed with them, to be honest.

As for the gigantic genitals, really ought to have stayed up methinks.

Well.. it really depends on what the corresponding text said. If it was some long thing about how there's a person attached to one of these, or how there's more to it just what you can see or something.. no big deal. If it said "LOL VAGINA!" then.. yeah, it probably should go down. On second thought, that's hilarious, so even that should stay up.

Q: Have you cut down on the number of pecans in your pecan bars?
A: No, not at all. We use large pecan pieces to give you better, nuttier flavor. We try our hardest to spread them evenly, but if you feel your pieces do not contain enough pecans, tell us. There is no accountant around telling us how many to put on.

Haha, my mom gave us all 5 dollar gift cards to Wal Mart instead of candy so we can get whatever candy we want 1/2 price.

@Aluminus: (when he said until it is gone) For us ladies, there is no such thing as the candy being gone. There is only the transient state where the available pieces is equal to zero, but it does not remain that way for any significant amount of time.

A few times in my math book I've been asked to find a particular value for a number that makes soandso work out like soandso... and after 10 minutes of frustration, I give up and look at the answer in the back, which explains that there is no such value.

This was a bit confusing because I first read it as "scented pants", which would be pretty awesome, and then interpreted "pads" as something you write notes on. I am fail. :?

I was totally prepared to hate those as much as I've hated every piece of art done with bodily fluids (with the exception of some of Andy Goldsworthy's pieces that are welded with saliva and/or urine) that I've ever seen, but some of them are actually very pretty. Hmm.

So, I skipped girlweek last week, because I didn't want cramps and bloodiness and general pissiness of character to interfere with any Valentines sexytimes. I'm not sure it was a great idea...The night before girlweek was supposed to start I kind of inexplicably threw a tantrum, which is something I very rarely do. The rest of the week I was hyper emotional, and near the middle of it I felt as if two VERY heavy things were pressing down on very small areas on either side of my lower abodomen. Maybe where my ovaries are? I don't know. Instead of putting in a new ring and skipping girlweek altogether, I decided to make this week girlweek. Better the devil you know.

I managed to make some robotics club members feel very awkward (which is difficult to do, I promise you) by mentioning that girls could bleed on the robot pretty profusely if they wanted us to (all three of us. And also, the tradition is if you're bleeding you go bleed a bit on the robot before you go find a bandage).

Sounds like no fun. :(

Scented pads are yuck. Does anyone actually use them? It's just- when they're used, the combination of the chemical-spill smell you all were talking about and the menstruation is horrible.

Scented tampons are even worse. All you're going to do is jam it up an orifice that doesn't really have much of an opening to smell out of, yet they feel the need to make them post apocalyptically daisy fresh. And the smell is completely incompatible with blood. Which doesn't really smell that bad. If it does, you should have changed things an hour ago!

I vote no on scented girly bits. I like my vagina to smell like fresh vagina. I stick with cloth cotton pads. They are win for me and for landfills, since they just get washed and re-used.

Do you run a special pad load or do they not mess up your laundry? I mean, I sort of thought that if you were going to do the cloth thing you might as well just catch the stuff on your underwear, it's sort of the same thing as far as I know. But then I'd probably go through underwear a lot quicker. Um.

I guess what I am asking for is enlightenment. :)
