Members with <5 post count can't enter a website, create a signature, PM multiple users or have links in posts.

It's a guideline more of a rule, but if you make 5 redundant posts just so's you can add a signature promoting your site, service, or product, and then scuttle off into the horizon with the sound of great SEO ringing in your ears, it will most likely be removed before The Googles can even say 'let's index that shit, yo'.
