Postby no-genius » Wed Jan 10, 2007 2:20 pm UTC

oh look, a game where you are a rabbit and you jump on bells

seriously, it just reminds me of the bonus levels in coolspot :P

Theres also a really cool game where you have to get some cats to all do the same thing. So annoying - I liked cats til I played that game!

Avocadolite farm is really addictive.

This is a cool one, that I suck horribly at. The idea is that you use both sides of your brain at once. On the left side, you do arithmetic and on the right side, you add colors. You have to give both sides equal attention, or you'll lose. Twinoo

Proximity is one I've wasted many hours on. Actually, most of my crappy computer security class was spent playing it. There's also a couple really good mah jong games out there, but the url's currently escape me.

What else? Mostly Orisinal.

Also the arm-wrestling freud game is awesomesauce. Reminds me of a greek story

wow, I just played Flow for about an hour and a half.
So, I got tired of the fact that the appearance of my band name in my signature made my posts on this forum the dominant result when googling for my music. Anyway, if you think I might happen to be a good musician, you can test this theory here.

I just beat Freud on the "nearly impossible" level. It took a long time. Probably 5 minutes or more. My arm is killing me.
One of these days my desk is going to collapse in the middle and all its weight will come down on my knee and tear my new fake ACL. It could be tomorrow. This is my concern.

i eventually completed it! with a little help from the solutions...

i got most of them though, and in the ones i couldn't get i'd just look to see the path of one colour and the rest would kind of spell itself out... ok, it's still cheating, but it eases my conscience a little :)

I relied mostly on intuition for those, didn't have much of a method. So maybe 25/30 I answered right away, but the other five took forever (I wouldn't say -hours-, though). Good thing I have nothing better to do with my time -- wait a second...

EDIT: Oh, yeah... and I came here ready to post flOw, but it's already been done! Awesome.

N, I think, remains my favorite interweb game (download, or sucky browser version at addictinggames).
Then I thought, "Man, I should have just said 'yeah.' "

ok, something said in another thread reminded me of a game i used to love but now can't remember details of... in this game you were a ball (i think) moving forwards along a course made of rectangular platforms of different colours. the different colours did different things, eg speeding you up, slowing you down, inverting the directions... it was excellent fun, anyone have a clue what i'm talking about?

If this thread is to be necro'd, it ought to get some new game links.

This was a fun game: Dwarf Complete v1, by the Eyezmaze dude, who made those "Grow" games (if you haven't played those already, by all means do!). It's like a coffeebreak Zelda. Though the only thing Zelda about it are the graphics. Nonetheless it's an entertaining game.

Double wires is so good, like most of the games at dofi-blog. My high score is 361.06.
Linerider is of course an essential for contemporary web game forum threads.

fl0w is a great game and about the only reason I would consider buying a ps3, except that it is free on the internet so your loss sony.

N is also super superb. I've spent a lot of time on that. Ninjas can't live without gold!
