Overall I liked it, wasn't perfect but I enjoyed it
[*]The planet is basically northern Canada, and about as hospitable
[*]The robot is now a badass deathbot
[*]The Robinsons are no longer the happy nuclear family, but one with serious issues
[*]Debbie is a chicken
[*]Dr Smith is now a woman, and both more evil and more badass
Episode 2/3 spoiler
The Robinsons are also not the only family lost on the planet. At least not this season...
Issues I have with the show (whole season)
Ice does NOT freeze that way that rapidly
Brought to you by Nabisco
How does all the rocket fuel, enough for "all" of the Jupiters, fit in one itty bitty tanker that fits inside the ships?
Why did they have to dump all the fuel? Why not just lift it up a little bit, slide out the guy, and then set it back down and keep most of the fuel?
Dear lord, Willigan Robinson, you have to either save the day or doom everyone.
They stripped down "everything" from the one ship, but why didn't they strip out the landing gear? Those looked like they weighed a couple of tons, but I doubt they needed those for docking? And for that matter, why didn't they also strip out life support and while they were at it, pump out the air? Air has a lot more mass than people think, and Don and Dad were going to be in suits anyway...
How is a handful of buckets of super-poo enough to power ALL the ships? And even if they could, couldn't the people have just gathered enough for just one ship or two to be safer?
Didn't those flying beast things eat someone? Why is everyone waiting around outside?
Issues only as a result of too much Kerbal Space Program (whole season)
Why don't they ever figure out the Resolute's position, whether from primitive triangulation or other means before launching the stripped ship in order to rendezvous?
The stripped ship asplode while in the atmosphere; how are chunks of it in orbit rather than falling back down?
How would another ship with limited fuel be able to rendezvous with them knowing where they were in the first place?
What good does knowing where they are do if the Jupiter ALREADY launched?
Favorite fan theory (episode 2ish, and some very minor stuff midseason you might miss if you weren't paying attention)
