Damn, I'm surprised anyone on this entire forum has heard of the Protomen. I thought it was just something me and the forum that I heard about them from knew about. Did they ever put out a second album? The first was awesome.

I just discovered these guys. They played MAGfest, and unfortunately my tired self couldn't make it through more than 3 of their songs. Shame, 'cause they played the entirety of ACT II: The Father of Death, preceded by the best sound check song ever, and followed by some apparently amazing stuff I'm really sad I missed. I'd never heard of them before this past weekend.
I bought a CD of ACT II the following day.
It. Is. Awesome.

I recently found out about this band, really digging their latest album but I heard their older albums are quite different from it.
Sweet, thanks! It's kinda like Múm. Great stuff.Anachrome wrote:band: Detektivbyrån
