I know I'm probably a hipster (or, something, whatever that means) for liking "Pumped Up Kicks", but I think I don't, like, care..:)

No, no, no. That song is considered "cool" now.

In all honesty, I find the song to be kind of creepy.

It's just so repetitive. It could be two minutes shorter than it is with the same content.

Still have the entire season on my DVR. Love Lockdown is dope.

I wish I had known all this time that this show existed. I mean, come on, a capella groups competing and two of the judges are Sara Bareilles and Ben Folds?

Also, Video Killed The Radio Star is my favorite.

First 2 seasons had Nicole Scherzinger (too lazy to look up spelling) instead of Sarah Bareilles. She was too emotional, so I'm pretty happy about the switch.

They canceled it.

An indie album from Florida. Stork, "Little Kingdoms"
http://storktheband.com/?page_id=9

I worked with them on a song or two, and will start up again this next year as the drummer and Audio Engineer.
The album doesn't sound really professional, but if you knew the equipment we were working with, you'd be amazed. The next album will be better =D

It’s weird how most I find most of my new music through the fora, either directly or indirectly. In this case, I saw one of their tracks on Pitchfork, which was linked in this thread.

I just sang "Particle Man" at karaoke, and I fucking sucked. All the treble in the song drowned out the bass in my voice, and I don't think anyone not reading the lyrics off the TV screen understood it. But I'm also drunk and my face hurts from laughing so much, so I care a little bit less.

Next up is "Peaches", by The Presidents. Wish me luck!

Just discovered Pierce the Veil last night.

Hooooooly crap, they're so good. If you like faster metal/screamo bands, I would highly recommend you check them out. They kind of remind me of Coheed & Cambria sped up.
The story so far:

This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.
