What are you listening to?

It's only cool if no one's heard of it.

I was fairly excited about this, but after listening to the album, I found it wasn't really for me. I tend to like other Third Man Records stuff.

Really?? i haven't gotten the album yet but most of the songs I've heard so far have been phenomenal. I personally didn't like the Raconteurs.

and ummm im listening to if you ever slip by the black keys

I'm a pretty big White Stripes fan, and that's my least favourite album of theirs.

at a glance, i thought that this was just "white blood cells" by the white stripes, but you have inadvertently strayed me to google searches when i saw that it actually says "redd blood cells" on the cover. also there is another dude.

to those who don't know, "redd blood cells" is apparently the project of some guy who added basslines to all the tracks on "white blood cells". it was apparently supported by the white stripes and reported on blogs and stuff across the internet and i guess i just missed it.

thanks for posting that.

Just to nitpick pointlessly a little bit... that camera all the way to the right is a 70s era tube videocamera, and it could only be used on a tripod. There's no forward viewfinder or controls to use it shoulder-mounted like that.
