Björk - All is Full of Love

Edit:

Santana - Oye Como Va

Oh man, this takes me back. I just ripped this cd from a friend a couple of days ago and haven't heard this stuff in a while. I grew up on Santana, Hendrix, SRV, Clapton, and all those dudes. My dad would rock the Santana all the time and wail along to them on his guitar and introduce some wicked solos of his own. My dad is awesome.

Santana - Jingo

Edit 2:

Johnny Cash - Personal Jesus

I acquired American IV: The Man Comes Around the same time as the previously mentioned cd. I've heard a few songs off of it before, but I'm listening to the whole album for the first time right now. It's great.

Damn your eyes!

Edit 3: Hehehe, Personal Optimus.

This was recommended to me in the now-renamed 'List off a bunch of indie bands/classical composers', and I have fallen in love with the band.

Splashdown - "The Archer"

Go for better, just forget the people
They're not the eyes looking back at you from the mirror you've made

Have mercy, Archer
Hunger, it's just you and I alone
I'm guessing targets
Take aim and show me what you know

Comfort is only imagined
Hunters are circling the skyline
Which direction will you send your arrow?
Mercy is still asking questions Ruthless has gone and explained

Mindless Self Indulgence - "Shut me Up (MSV Still Filthy Mix)"

The Bass. The Rock. The Mic. The Treble.
I like my coffee black, just like my metal.

Cause I can't wait for you to fuck me up

I'm listening to Reggie and the Full Effect - Caving.

However, I'm still waiting for the rest of the tracks to download, the newest Mayhem cd.

Attila has such a crazy voice, not a generic growly one.

Burzum/Xasthur/Leviathan/Abyssic Hate/Velvet Cacoon remain my favorite black metal bands though.

Cake - The Distance

Played for the umpteenth time by one of my friends. It's awesome though. That and WoW music (which is being played by 3 of the people in the room) interspersed between.

I also feel the need to mention that we just watched the animated Transformers movie and are taking a break before watching Hackers. :) Pizza and liquored ice-cream. We win.

He's going the distance, he's going for speed.

@ID: I approve. And the reason why the transition to Sic Transit Gloria...Glory Fades is awesome is because that song is awesome. Rock on.
