Reading books online (free)

I'm looking for some good sites to find books online to read. Free book sites only please.

I've found one book by Sanderson, and the Baen free-library project. But haven't found anything else online and figured if anyone knew where to find good digital books it would be the XKCD crowd.

Be careful of that free-ebooks link. It is a scam-site (you can't download books until you install a shop-at-home toolbar).

Mostly sci-fi (though xkcd does have a sci-fi bent), but also some fantasy and horror genre books as well.
