Can you break my code?

ME and my friends play SWTOR, and as Agents, we send codes back and forth to eachother, just for fun.

Well, I got this one, and I can't break it, maybe you guys can. IT was coded by hand. I'll include the subjects of the mails, but I don't know much else of what they could be!

I used a few different tools I found, and realized no letters from A-Q were used, and numbers and symbols 1234567890 ;: " ' <,>.?/ were all used instead. If you take out the period and comma... And the Quotation marks.. That's 17 missing letters, and 17 unassigned Symbols.

Attention all those who can decode this message:

The Republic and the Empire will be meeting for a peace summit under the watchful eye of myself, Jedi Master Francis Sinatra. The meeting will take place on Voss, where attendees will be asked to lay claim to portions of the galaxy. In the hopes that a galactic wide [sic] peace can be reached, attendees will all be given a moment to state their expectations before we begin the negotiations. Failure to adhere to the peace will be terminated with extreme prejudice. To receive the time of the event, relay a message containing the codeword "awestruck" within a message to either Francis on the Republic, or Fontaine on the empire's respective mail systems. If sharing the code is detected both parties will be forbidden to attend this and the following events that will culminate.

It's a monoalphabetic substitution cipher. That there were ~26 characters in the ciphertext was a huge hint. Frequency analysis got me 'e', 't' (cleverly enciphered 't') and 'h'. I guessed that the first word was "attention" and that got me the rest. The only wrinkle was that some ciphertext characters double as plaintext punctuation marks.

Edit: oh, and the quotation marks were plaintext.
