YesterdayBreakfast: Smoothy (juice from 2 oranges, 2 small peeled apples, 2 kiwis)
Snack: an orange and a yogurt
Lunch: salad with lots of veggies, some sundried tomatos, a little goats cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette
Snack: some pickled beetroot
Dinner: grilled fish (marinated in Reggae sauce, yum) with parsnip hashbrowns
A good day
TodayBreakfast: Smoothy (juice from 2 oranges, 1 banana, 1 pear)
Snack: a satsuma and a yogurt
Lunch: salad with lots of veggies and some sweetcorn, and a balsamic and sherry vinegar vinaigrette (hmmm this is superior to just balsamic)
Lunch mark II: chips with cheese and bacon on top

and fuck it, in for a penny in for a pound, two Fererro Rochers.
Dinner: Got spag bol planned (I feel kinda gross but who am I kidding I'll probably have some, even if just a little)
A bad day
