I went to the grocery store the other day, and bought a pomelo. It's like a giant grapefruit, only sweet, and easier to eat. You just have to know how.
Cut it in half like a grapefruit, then cut it in half again.
Take one quarter and peel away as much of the rind as possible.
Use your teeth to scrape away the section of the pomelo that is exposed.
Peel away the membrane separating the next section and repeat.
Not much harder than eating an orange, really.
