for people such as programmers.
so pizza doesn't work, cuz you can't eat pizza without getting your hand greasy.
well, at least i can't.

so like...burritos and tamales are perfect,
NOT deli sandwiches, although grilled cheeses are awesome (mmm...tomato soup)

my recipe for a california burrito:
-carne asada
-marinade: cilantro, tequila, lemon-lime juice, pinch of brown sugar,
diced & pitted grilled peppers (habanero, jalapeno, those little dark red shriveled ones,
other mexican chilis), salt
--marinate it overnight. it's worth the wait.
-tortilla
-just buy the uncooked ones from the store
then spray each one with water as you stack them,
wrap the stack in aluminum foil, then put it on the grill.
you might actually want to pam the inside of the foil.
-shredded pepperjack cheese
-french fries
-double fried (important that all fries' cross-sections be of equal dimensions)
-seasoning: salt & ground bacon bits (unless you fried it in bacon fat)
-sour cream
-guacamole

just don't make it too big, cuz then you can't eat it with one hand.

I don't understand the need for this. If I must eat at the keyboard I either wipe my hands on my pants, don't touch the food with my pinkies and type with them, or use a fork (gasp).

I don't have the recipe for it myself, but look up one for summer rolls. And hey, they're good for ya!

Then there's sushi.

Stuffed pita bread sandwiches. My favorite.... sliced steak with swiss cheese. Toasted in the oven a bit. Put whatever condiments you want. I've also done a smoked ham, pineapple, and mozzarella cheese. They are awesome.

Try cupcakes, it's not greasy, and I can't promise the frosting catching all the crumbs though. To prevent that, make sure the cupcakes are bite sized.
