We are moving this along pretty quickly. 10k will come in no time.

Yup, this one and the pushup one tend to scream by. Nothing wrong with that!

Started the warm up with two sets
1629 + 12 + 12 = 1653
1629 + 12 + 12 = 1653
Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)
1653 + 44 + 23 = 1720
Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)
1720 + 15 + 15 + 20 + 20 = 1790

Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)
1790 + 2 = 1792 I am helping
I want to get to a place where I am neither conforming nor rebelling but simply being.
Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)
1792 + 20 = 1812
Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)
1812 + 50 + 25 = 1877
Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)
1877 + 15 + 8 = 1900
Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)
1900 + 92 = 1992
Going to make an attempt at another high-water mark soon. (Is there a more generally used term for something that's not a pb, but is a best in a recent time frame?)

Hit 17 last night, good and strict. Which is a high-water mark since '15JAN when I got 19.
Was a long slog to go from 16 to 17, but I'm also up in weight a bit, so, I'll take it I guess.
Now let's see if I can go from 17 to 18 in less than 2.5 months...

There were more, but I forgot to log them.

Our complex's little gym finally added a bar, but it's rather wide grip. Incredible how much more difficult it was for me.
Anyway, that's probably my last contribution for a while. My travels begin on Wednesday.
I'll have to see how I do at the end of the summer, when I'mprobably hopefully 15lbs lighter.
Need your help guys. Don't leave Nath here alone all summer.

I started doing weighted pullups. The max I can do with 25 lbs is 6. My numbers will be down but I am doing pullups 5 days a week to get back up to sets of 10+. Hopefully it won't take more than a month or so to build the strength.
Current sets are:
Set 1 - 5
Set 2 - 4
Set 3 - 3
Set 4 - 2
Set 5 - 1
I will just add 1 rep per day. Day 2 will be 5,4,3,2,2 and day 3 will be 5,4,3,3,2. It is pretty gradual progress but 25 lbs feels heavier than I thought.

Week 2 of weighted pull ups complete. The first few reps feel pretty easy now. My arms and back are pretty sore though.
Next week starts with rep of 7,6,5,4,3. Should be fun.
