Hmm... is that kilos or pounds? If it's kilos you gotta be in a pretty "oomph" shape :)

Haven't tried doing maxes for some time really. Last time I tried I benchpressed 90 kilos and deadlifted 140something :P

Seriously, I'm with Habz...if that's kilos, very nice. Even if it's not, a 265lb deadlift is damn impressive.

These are all my 4-rep weights from last week's workouts. I'm 5'7", 165lb.

Bench: 225lb
Pullup: bodyweight +65lb
Deadlift (Olympic): 255lb
Squat: 365lb --I did these monday and was still sore when i went to deadlift on friday. lol.

I FOUND ONE!

I'm more of a distance swimmer, despite that I dread swimming 500 yards or more.

My 200yd free time is a low 1:49 I think. I don't know exactly, it's been awhile since short course season.

I can't particularly stand swimming any race for more than 500 yards in a pool. Personal preference but it just gets monotonous. On the other hand, open water, the longer the better. I'm training for a solo swim of the Catalina Channel this summer, 21+ miles depending on how straight of a line you cut.

I don't have up-to-date max, but I'll probably do some during the next year. Right now, I'm 62kg for 1m72, my aim is 68kg, and for the time... I'll see.

Here are some of mine:

1600m: 4:59.8 (last HS race ever, I finally broke 5)
3200m: 11:13 (I never did great because it was after the mile on the same day)
5000m: 18:27 (all on grass)

I've always been better at the longer distances like 5k and 10k, but since I just had a decent track season, my PR's there are currently better. I'm running a 5k race on Saturday, so hopefully that one will change.

EDIT: Holy frick. Turns out I'm exactly the same as Jahoclave (in the ones we've both posted, anyways).

My current working weights for lifts included in the CrossFit total are:

Press: 137 (3x5) (I press one over alpha!)
Deadlift: 370 (1x5)
Squat: 327 (3x5)

This is at a bodyweight of 177 as of this morning, coming down from 195 three months ago when I was very focused on getting my numbers up. I've lost very little strength in this process, though pressing has dropped a bit more than the others and isn't going back up as fast. I'm following Starting Strength for a month or two (again) because I took some time out of the gym and want to get back at it. I am already microloading (notice the 1 lb 'plates' I'm already using on press and squat). I don't know 1 RM for anything.

There's one or two ergs up, so I'll put mine.

2000m - 6:51
5000m - 18:22

That's at 188 cm (6 ft 2 in) and 76 kg (177 lb). I'm currently in the process of losing some of the worthless fat there - 72.5 kg, here we come!
All posts are works in progress. If I posted something within the last hour, chances are I'm still editing it.

First day of my new workout schedule last week I checked all my maxes and I got

Bench: 140lbs
Squat: 220lbs
Leg Press: 450lbs
Deadlift: 200lbs

I don't time myself running distances, but I have ran for 86 minutes at 8mph before having to stop.

Recovering from a dislocated shoulder (again), so the only significant max I can post is leg press of 600 lbs.

I've been ignoring this forum for awhile, and found this one and have noted a lot of runners in here (or at least a lot of timed runs). My bests from high school were...
1600m: 4:40
5000m: 16:25 (grass)
800m: 1:53

Never really raced above 5000m, except as a leg in a sprint triathalon (8000m run, my time was around 30 minutes, but I can't remember for sure).

Gawd I wish I were in that kind of shape again. Alas, college says no!

Damn. The Leg press at my gym only goes up to 200kg, and thats with a bunch of rubber add on weights. I really wish it would go higher without having to resort to single leg presses.

600lb=~273kg

I suppose my only notable records are bicep exercises. Anywhere 3+ sets of ten on each minimum.

See pic - 50kg - 110lb (It does look ridiculous with a 20kg weight on each end).
70kg - 154lb on the pulley.

I also want to point out that I'm 5'10/73kg (160lb) and I've only been lifting for a few months. So you know. . .don't mock me too harshly.

Wow, that 800 time is flying... couldn't you have run track in college? :P

Anyways, I'm probably running another 5k on Saturday... hopefully under 18, but early August always seems to be the worst time of the year for me.

When I was choosing a college I looked at a DIII school that was fairly actively recruiting me and a DI school that was willing to give me academic money. In the end, I chose the DI school with the money and planned to walk on Freshman year track... until I found out they were cutting the program. Sad monkey.

Congrats :)
Thats a pretty substantial milestone to reach.
I've been doing cross-training for my swim team, and we ran our first 5k this week in practice
My coach clocked me at a 18:57... I couldn't believe how hard it was. Harder than anything I've ever swam in a practice thats for sure... Hopefully I'll learn to run smarter soon :)

Race running is much different from practice. The gigantic starting lines and having people around to pace off gives you a kind of rush throughout the race, and after a while it isn't painful any more.

Not redwoods, maybe date palms.

But I just went up like 4 inches. The most I can squat to parallel and up is like half that, and even less ass-to-grass.

Don't know if there are any other speed skaters on here (long track), buuuuuuuuuuuut...

500 meter: 40.34 seconds (100 meter opener: 10.6 seconds)

Which is quite good, since this is my second year skating. I currently skate for a team two tiers below international level, although I'm also a member of my provincial team but am training with a high-performance club.
