113 + 6 = 119

PT: 30

I don't think I slept well last night. That was harder than usual. Also TIL: running on liquid mud is a sodding nightmare. Bring back the snow!

119 + 8 = 127

I hate snowy, narrow roads with drivers who don't care for pedestrians' safety.

I submitted 24.1

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

4 today! 130 + 4 = 134

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Just ran another 4.5 miles this morning so 134 + 4.5 = 138.5

PT: 20.8

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

First time on a track, running with a friend indoors. I forgot what it was like to worry about heat dissapation.

138.5 + 4 = 142.5

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Wed Jan 19, 2011 5:20 pm UTC
142.5 + 1.8 = 144.3

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

144.3 + 4 = 148.3

PT = 34

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Thu Jan 20, 2011 2:34 pm UTC
148.3 + 2.64= 150.94

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Thu Jan 20, 2011 6:23 pm UTC
150.94 + 4 + 0.06 (cause I ran for the tube) = 155

PT: 38

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Thu Jan 20, 2011 6:34 pm UTC
Whew, finally got an actual run in after being on vacation for almost a week.

155 + 7 = 162

PT 30.6

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Fri Jan 21, 2011 2:14 am UTC
162+4-ish = 166

Since I'm on an indoor track, there's no reason to *not* go barefoot

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Fri Jan 21, 2011 7:09 pm UTC
166 + 3 = 169

Actually its around 3.4 I think (but who's counting? (oh, yeah, we are))

PT: 41

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Fri Jan 21, 2011 7:26 pm UTC
169 + 7 = 176

Whooo, upping the distance I've been running may not have been the best idea....

PT 37.6

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

176 + 1.86 = 177.86

It looked better in km...

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

PT: 25.4

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

*sigh* trying to make things even is harder than it looks:

194.46 + 6.54 = 201

PT: 44.14

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Sun Jan 23, 2011 7:26 am UTC
Track was in use by some people, had to do a short run in the cold and snow, fell and bruised myself

201 + 2 = 203

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Sun Jan 23, 2011 5:40 pm UTC
203 + 6 = 209

Cold, wet, miserable and the dog stole someones sandwiches half way around. Role on spring.
 oh, yeah, PT: 47

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

212 + 10 = 222

Barefoot 10 miles + not having proper running underwear = owowowowow

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

222 + 4 ( last two runs combined) = 226
PT=4
This is really inspiring, because I was wanting to train for cross country next year anyway.

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

i'd like to add 8 km, wich equals roughly 5 miles:

226 + 5 = 231

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Mon Jan 24, 2011 7:11 pm UTC
Didn't run yesterday, needed a break

231 + 7 = 238

PT: 51.41

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Forgot to add my daily miles, so:

238 + 14 = 242

PT: 38.1

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Thu Jan 27, 2011 7:10 pm UTC
242 + 4 (yesterday) + 6 (today) = 252

PT: 57
I think I also promised to run at lunch tomorrow.

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

RRRR, our power got cut off because one of my drunken roommates didn't pay the power bill. So I have to update over the last 3 days:

252 + 7 + 7 + 7.5 = 273.5

PT : 72.91 (fuck it, I'm gonna round that up to 73, no way I'm going to go run 9/100ths of a mile, that's ridiculous)

### Re: Run 10,000 miles

Posted: Fri Jan 28, 2011 9:59 pm UTC
273.5 + 3.1 = 276.6

PT: 12.72km

Yes, I did. And it was sodding freezing. Note to self: wear gloves.

There are days when you run with springs in your feet and the wind behind you all the way. I run with my dog and there are days when we run together, as a unit, man and animal, the pack on the hunt and I could run forever. That was NOT one of those days.

I'm not sure if my feet are still roughed up from my previous barefoot 10-miler, or if the indoor track is now covered in invisible salt crystals that act as tiny scimitars to destroy my epidermis, but my skin was not happy, which wasn't a problem very much last time I ran. Hopefully this goes away.

I hope your feet feel better soon. With 10 miles bare-foot to my mind you are the current holder of the 'hard-arse of the thread' title.
