I didn't take my Garmin with me yesterday, so I'm not 100% sure, but Google Maps says about 30km, so I'm gonna go with that.
34.8 + 18.6 = 53.4

I would have gone further but this giant ball of burning gas appeared in the sky and superheated the air to like 25 degrees C! (Yeah we're just coming out of winter here. It was a bit of a shock to the system)

I'm going to add the daily commute in week long chunks, and add any longer trips separately, otherwise I'll be posting far more than I care to.
481.3 + 15 (last weeks commute) = 496,3
I'm planning to ride to the harbour (20km each way) and buy some smoked mackerel sometime during the week though, should help)

Did a ride up East River Drive, into Manayunk, then back down West River Drive back to my house. Totals about 16 miles, it was very enjoyable.

And, as the guy who kicked off the 'run 10,000 miles' thread, I wish you guys luck. I'd also add that I cycle-commute ~50 miles per week (on a Brompton!) on top of the running. However, I won't be posting because:
A)I don't ride with a cycle computer so I can't claim the accuracy I'm sure you are looking for, and
B) there is such a thing as thread loyalty, you know.
Still, never mind, only 3000 miles before you lot with your Lycra and gears get close to our distance on foot. All the best & have fun! R

Oh, get well soon!
I had a competitive feeling between the bike10k and run10k threads, but not good to know it's not adding up miles mainly because your injured (or where are the others!)

if it is an actual bike, i will count it. so therefore, exercise bike= no,
bike attached to a resistance trainer also equals no.
if you are riding miles in a velodrome or the like, yes.
basically just have to travel a useful distance.
