Nope, but I do stretch a lot and do yogaish things... and I think yoga is very similar to pilates.

If you like pilates, try ballet or some sort of dance. I'm taking ballet classes now and it requires/builds a lot of strength and flexibility. Check out some tube videos of ballet and you'll be amazed at their athleticism.
