Sure, but she doubled down on her read on them, moving them down the list and removing me from the bottom spot. She voted BoomFrog when he was a very viable lynch target and kept her vote on him when EGW swung everyone to Frozen. Bessie and BoomFrog don't make sense as a team.

You may be right. bessie's meta is known for extreme tunneling so I think it's still possible that she felt she didn't have any chance but to continue on her path (or otherwise she would have come under a lot of suspicion). She was the third on BoomFrog's wagon so it's not like she started it (plus she left herself an out with 'reconsidering' you). If it were any other player I would totally agree but I don't know how scum!bessie's mind works.

LaserGuy wrote:However, this ability makes a lot of sense as a passive ability that is tied to kill (for an SK). Having a kill process first in natural action resolution means that it would bypass protection from a doctor (since the kill happens before the doctor visits). This is consistent with bessie being the target of an unblockable NK.

Conclusion: mpolo is the SK
If the theory is that there is one killing faction (SK) then Red's doctor power is pretty bastard under your assumption.

@LaserGuy: On the other hand, a bus driver that doesn't resolve first is near useless. (If you are playing with natural action resolution, bus drivers are pretty much first, aren't they?)

On Sabrar being scum -- I haven't seen a lot of evidence of this. EGW has had more questionable directions than Sabrar has. Up to now my ability to predict town or scum from powers has been really poor in this game, but with the flavor D1 being Mega Man and Mega Man being a hero, and the utter unbalancingness of possibly giving scum an additional kill through the adsorption power seems to make this role very likely town.

Untrue. If FF is not lynched and gains town-cred by lynching actual scum then scum can target him that night in the 'knowledge' that it won't be deflected. It was actually a pretty good play, similar to Zen's misdirection.

I’m not seeing it :(

I’m drawing totally blank here. There are pretty much as many reasons for people being town as there are for them being scum and I can’t see the forest for the trees.

I really don’t think mpolo’s scum because taking the amrock hit is too big a risk. The same thing goes for LaserGuy, but I feel slightly less confident about him as he had more opportunity to move away at that point.

Red Ryu killing bessie makes no sense at all, but it did move him to a general town read. Did he predict this? That would be an amazing move.

Sabrar starting to doubt Madge is actually pushing me towards Boom + Madge as the secondary team.

I think the bessie kill came from BoomFrog or Red Ryu.

Can we not do a Sabrar direction randomly at the last 24 hour mark, I'll let more discussion happen before I vote the Frog given I will be busy today.

Consider my vote on boomfrog until it is needed.

How many scum might be potentially left? 2 + 1 sk or 2 or 3?

If people feel confident in the first two I'll vote now.

I guess 1 + sk but I really do not think there is a serial killer left alive in this set-up.

I don't think it makes sense with how many mafia and indies that have flipped and the initial 20 people who started along with a vig that flipped.

It would block a player's passive if they have one, for that night and the next day.
Do you block secondary abilities or passive abilities?
I haven't gotten an answer to this question.

Passive.

The theory is 1 SK with kill and one mafia team without kill. (Although I'm personally not discarding alternating kills as a possibility.)

Sabrar and BoomFrog were strongly defending Madge all game. The fact that Sabrar doesn't even think she's town is telling.

Good point. He may actually be scum. What I do know is that from that, he does not really want her that bad. Shows his read may be fake.
