Also, wam, Mark, SuperJedi, you might consider full claiming to avoid the vig.

@BoomFrog: good point about SuperJedi buddies. Need to think about that.

Part of the reason I'm voting SuperJedi is the fact that the bessie lynch happened and I'm trying to figure out why scum didn't push harder for my lynch (as the most viable alternative to bessie). One possible reason is that there were already two scum on my wagon.

I was kind of thinking moody as a possible buddy? I can maybe see a bessie-moody-SuperJedi team going the way they went. Bessie was being chased by Sabrar and me and we're both relentless so she was compromised. SuperJedi was under attack as well. Moody knows he's not the type to make it to endgame so they decide the only way he makes it with the town credit of an early bus?

Moody also only did a "soft" push on bessie, since he refused to vote. I'm not sure if that's better or worse, but I'm leaning toward worse.

Posting to say I support suit claims etc. Nothing to say. Only have mobile internet via tethering to my work phone (no WiFi). I believe that tomorrow is a short day so I should be able to read.

I'm in a town called Fitzroy crossing. It was 45 degrees outside when I was measuring the road. That's celcius. Thank goodness I was only out for 30 minutes.

Haven't changed my targets. Still happy enough.

So we've got, in the order of claims

Mark: Diamonds
wam: Diamonds
SuperJedi: Clubs
Vicarin: Clubs

Then Mark claimed to be the Queen of Diamonds specifically...

and the rest of the claim order is

Moody
BoomFrog
mpolo
Zen
plytho

and Madge doesn't claim suit yet (only if another Vig claims, and only after they claim suit).

First guess: wam wants to CC Queen of Diamonds (seeing as he's already claimed he's a diamond). If this is the case, just do it.

And the only reason you'd be excited about a tracker claim but want me to claim first is if you are going to claim tracker and tracked me. But I think I should be the one claiming after you to confirm or deny, not vs versa.

If Madge or Zenii think I should full claim (or even if plytho strongly confirms I guess) then I'll claim. I don't want to draw things out so close to deadline. I think wam should just say his bit, whatever it is.

Also, tracker is essentially uncomfortable, and a PR claim actually increases the chance Mark is scum. As most scum would claim a PR under pressure. Although I do think scum!Mark would have waited for the suit claiming to finished so that we had less time to react to his claim.

@moody, wam and other Vic voters:

I did a reread of Vic at the end of the D1 lynch, after moody votes for Bessie is when her partners should be concerned about finding an alternative lynch. But Vic keeps generally scum hunting. Here he pokes wam about SuperJedi. A line of questioning with a 0% chance of pushing people off Bessie.

Vicarin wrote:
wam wrote:
Vicarin wrote:@wam: A BoomFrog lynch isn't on the cards here; who are you planning to switch to?

Not: sabrar, somi/replacement, super Jedi, plytho, vicarin, mpolo.

For the rest I need to 're read to make my mind up and today is chaos at work!

You had SuperJedi as your scummiest read on page 6 and now he's one of the people you're not willing to lynch?

Then mpolo votes for Bessie, making things dire for scum. But Vic is concerned about Sabrar's mpolo read. Also he thinks he is the center of the action, not Bessie.

Vicarin wrote:Why do you have mpolo as strongly town? I'm just getting more hedging bets vibes from above, saying he reads both you and bessie as townie, therefore you two fighting means we should lynch both(???), but then says that there's a chance it could be tvst anyway.

I think also saying that the main conflict going on is between you and bessie is pretty damn hilarious given how many posts we've been doing to each other...

Then he tries to get votes of Bessie, but he still doesn't try to move them to plytho which is what scum would want.
Vicarin wrote:moody: want to come back over to SuperJedi seeing as you were actually finding him scummy and deserving of a vote earlier?

Then finally he votes for plytho. After wam has definitely sealed the lynch on Bessie. Scum!Vic wouldn't want that reminder of his link to Bessie in the final vote. And his vote at this point is useless. It fits far better with a Vic that thought plytho and Bessie were probably both town.

Vicarin wrote:Ugh, don't like any of this, but need to sleep.

Vote: plytho

In the vain hope it might make a difference.

Once again, we've managed to manuever ourselves so that I can't respond to any goddamn claims, worse than NNYM...

Yeah of course. Maybe not right out of the gate, but at some point D1 probably. But I don't think anyone else here would have as scum. Maybe Zenii, but they are less into distancing then I am. In crossover they and evil George Washington confirmed that Zenii usually hard town reads their mates.

Day chat does make it easier, and maybe I'm under estimating someone. But I think it's enough evidence to look elsewhere. It's too easy to read weird newbie behavior as scummy.

Yep Vic called it right I'm counter claiming Mark. I'm the queen of diamonds. Town tracker targeted boom last night he didn't visit anyone. Wanted him to claim first just to see what he would say.

So let's lynch Mark.

An interesting point. Let's go down the list:

moody - Decided to bus early so no need to push plytho for his partner. - scummy

SuperJedi - makes sense - scummy

Vic - dissected above - townie

mpolo - doesn't make sense - townie

wam - he did eliminate plytho from his lynch list early, I forgot about that - townie

mark - stuck to Sabrar like glue. Only posted twice after moody voted for Bessie and that was his partial reads list that lacked a Bessie or a plytho read. It's very plausible that he lacked confidence to act and so sat on the side lines. - scummy

Zenii (and Boomfrog) tried to move away from either plytho or Bessie. - slightly townie

somi/Madge - absent, so plausible partner - scummy

So judging only from this lens, moody, mark, somi and SuperJedi are plausible scummates of Bessie.

Not considering this claim stuff I'm leaning Mark-moody as a team now. So considering this claim stuff:

okay, but one thing doesn't make sense. Since scum have safe claims, either Mark ignored his safeclaim to claim a PR or wam thought he was going to be lynched and decided to grab the chance to take a town PR down with him.
