It's anyones game at this point, but I think the other sorc is in the best position right now. He still has a bunch of spells, and if he doesn't get lynched today he is going to rock some worlds. Ug is not viewed in the best light right now so it may be difficult to get someone to shield him. Jayhsu really needed to claim he was drained of spells or something, the town made him their bitch and it's going to cost him his shot at winning.

I'm thinking about considering the idea of possibly modding a game at some point.
I quite like the idea of it and have some (what I think are) fairly interesting thoughts about the style of game.

The problem I have is that I'm new (to creating games, and especially flavour) and can't immediately tell if it will work or fall flat on it's face.

Basically, I'd be looking for some advice, but the thing is - anyone I speak to about the game, I wouldn't want to be playing IN the game (if it ever happens).

I'm thinking the flavour would be based around the TV show Dexter.
If anyone wants to hear my ideas (and I'd really appreciate the help), please PM me

Hmmm, that reminds me that about a year ago I posted in here about doing Dexterafia, and then a month later Existential Elevator mentioned modding a game based on Dexter, and then we discussed co-modding such a game, and then I guess a bunch of other stuff happened because I had kinda forgotten about it until just now.

Anyway, if you want someone to review your ideas and/or a co-mod I am willing.

The plan is to invite a bunch of players that are NOT currently playing in any games here, so that we are not taking players away from other games, and hopefully we can get a bunch of experienced players interested in playing mafia again.

10. Okay, major amusing misconception. We did not expect Angel to turn traitor so early, at ALL. We thought it might not happen, but if it did, he would've had any information you'd given him, so you may really have dodged a bullet getting it out of the way early. :/ Spike was never going to be on your side. Maybe he might've turned scum, if things were looking really bad, but I don't think we were planning to make him mafia outright. HOWEVER, Faith is in this game, and if she kills an innocent while Van's alive, she turns Vamp mafia. And guess who just cast a spell to randomize actions for the rest of the night?

And yeah, apparently MoA's buying it XD Surprised me a bit.

Oh, and I am also giving delicious candy to nearly everyone in the game. Brook is off the list for not forwarding PMs, and also for being brook. ;D

Whether or not we're screwed, the one idea I had all game is a success. Good enough for me.

I was really hoping, BTW, to see the following in the coroner flavor:

The coroners leaned over the body. It was Drusilla, blah blah blah.

Before sealing the body bag, though, they noticed an odd bulge around her waist. Could she have been.... pregnant?

Buffy and her annoying townie friends watched from a distance as the coroner took a stethoscope to the vampire's belly. Seeming to hear something, he gestured wildly for a scalpel, then started cutting.

"Buffy," someone annoyingly good asked. "Is that... smoke?"

Suddenly, a beast leapt from the body. The coroners cut at it wildly, only managing to injure it before being killed themselves.

Buffy approached the weakened demon and stabbed it dead. "Well crap."

The coroners are dead. Players' roles will no longer be revealed on death.

My Darla speculation isn't quite spot on because I forgot that at the very very end of the connor pregnancy she kills herself for the greater good. MoA, find Darla, and get busy with her. Now.

In related news: Tomorrow I use my prophecies on Faith. Probably. Or Amy, she might be in the game (but Faith is more likely, since everyone loves Faith, and in fact my town doesn't win, my preference would be for Faith to win no matter who she is with).

Robin would be interesting to test.

Gruh...I'm a bit frustrated, there's at least 3 (Van, Mavketl, Two-Fry/EH) people I'm fairly convinced are scum, 4 (ahippo, Mr Pete, Misnomer, Dark Loink) I am semi-suspicious of and 1 (Dr Ug) I want to have killed just because he is agreeing a bit too much with me. But town is already likely to split a lot on who to lynch, and the more targets I bring in for them to lynch the more directions the lynch is going to be pulled in. I really don't want to go and analyse all of them because that's going to take ages. Hopefully people start killing eachother soon because there's still too many players in this game. Although, I suspect I might die quite fast once the kills gets rolling, but at least then I don't have to analyse all those pages.
