Trust me on this. If it seems necessary, lynch me tomorrow. I'll more/less fine with that.

It seems to me that now OOTD is trying to break the equilibrium of people being suspicious of him, but not lynching him. Think about it. Nothing happens in about a day except one or two votes, so he pushes it. I say he is the jester. I recommend unvoting for him and voting for lurkers.

Vote:Radman

Is Jesse Bandwagoning? And lurking a fair bit?
FoS = Jesse,

__jess wrote:Both of these arguments have been stated several times. I thought that Jesse made a pretty clear point, so I don't really see why MaJ FoS'd.

I'm not sure either. But I'm more inclined to be suspicious of him than following him blindly.

He said he was a regular townie, so can't accomplish anything if tell the truth. I think this is some WIFOM jester move.

Right MaJ. A vote for jester is not what we should be aiming for I agree. But if we lynch him nothing bad will happen. We can not lynch lurkers(as they are giong to get replaced). We have too much information to merit a random vote. And you calling people stupid because their plans are different to yours is insulting to say the least.

Here is what I am thinking OOTD is trying to do.
False claim Dr.
He convinces the mafia to not kill anyone. And he will say I protected person x (prob someone like MaJ).

Then we all rejoyce that he is dr, and he is cleared of his crazyness. Which makes him the hero of the land, and appear to NOT be mafia.

I DO NOT think he is a dr (let me just say that now). He is trying to be a trickster. I think he is mafia, and if he is not, he is distracting as hell. I say we rid this game of the confusion known as OOTD.

OotD has been muddying waters, and I'd be happy to see him go exactly for that reason. Even if he's jesster, we won't have lost much as we'll hopefully gain some clarity. (I'd like to point out that MaJ has been fairly confusing himself.)

From what I can see the only good reasons to lynch someone right now is if they are lurking or confusing everyone. Since lurkers are going to be replaced we should leave their extermination to the mods. The confusers seem to have the motive of saying things just to get the game moving so I say we grant their wish.

While it is sexy party time, I believe we are two votes short of a lynch. I think OOTD has 14 votes.

It's 19 to kill the Sexy Party. And I will never endorse lynching such a sexy party as Sexy Party.

I will also withhold my vote from OOT-Dee so long as it may prove consequential. He could conceivably rally his way out of this bandwagon, and I'm not convinced enough of his scumminess to vote for the sake of speed.

A vote for sexy party is not a vote to LYNCH sexy party, but to have one.

Radman - 4 (seabee, MaJ, __jess, kleptoman)
OOTD - 13 (Levi, Vox, Vieto, GoJoe, Poopraham, Bulvox, Jesse, moody7277, Marslyr, SuperTD, sungura, trumpkin, SC)

Sexy Party - 16 (GoJoe, crucialityfactor, Mega, Felltir, Rodan, OverBored, myrrh7x, Kells, Mars, Poopraham, SuperTD, vieto, kleptoman, bulvox, SC, korora)

3 more to sexy party, 3 more to lynch.

I'm not voting for OotD, but I do want to see what the consequences of a Vote: Sexy Party are. I think we have plenty of time to find another target or let him get NKed (and I must confess I'm a little curious about what he's doing). I'd rather take a closer look at, say, Levi, or vote a lurker since it appears Mega has run out of replacements. It's not exactly like this game is dragging along and we need a lynch to get things moving.

Firstly:

Vote Sexy Party

Unvote Kells

Vote: MaJ

There is something fishy about him in this game. I won't convince anyone I'm sure, and may well end up killed by him, but mark my words, he is not pro-town.

I think that he is either SK, or mob protecting OotD in a clever way. I am leaning towards the latter. If he is SK, then we obviously want him around to kill the mob, but I don't think that it is that likely that he is.

korora, considering the deadline is ~33 hours out (Friday 11pm EST unless I'm mistaken), it would take almost scum-like vote switching to get anyone other than OOTD lynched. Levi's name only came up because of OOTD's fake daycop act, so no one will likely think of voting for him seriously (at this point anyway). With kyle205's appearance, we seem to have finally flushed out the last of the lurkers, so again no joy there.

Bottom line, learn to stop worrying and lynch OOTD.

I'm going to stick by my guns and say I don't think OOTD should be lynched. I don't feel strongly enough however to vote elsewhere just yet, its better than lynching randomly and finding we hit a power role. I guess OOTD will be lynched anyway but I think we need to look elsewhere.

On a side note, I wonder if the jester will ever make a lynch near then end pact with the town. It would help all parties involved.

I FoS'd Levi well before OotD did his thing, and other people have posted concerns about him (sungura, at the very least, not sure if anyone else has). But I'm willing to let him wait a day.

And isn't Radman still lurking and unreplaced? He's only posted once since the start of the game to complain that there's too much to read. I see he already has 4 votes on him, so it's not quite the scum-like switching you say it is to get him lynched, just five switches from OotD.

Bottom line is to say NO to peer pressure. I'm not convinced an OotD lynch is the best play here and I certainly don't want to speed it along and waste the town's daylight. Vote: radman9000.

Basically I was refering to the volume and rapidity required if we were to go from lynching OOTD to someone else. Korora's vote is important in the sense that he's one of the few non-commited people who are posting regularly.

On the contrary, it seems scummish to vote for OOTD a day before the deadline as it promotes quick lynching, which is anti-town.

moody7277 wrote:With kyle205's appearance, we seem to have finally flushed out the last of the lurkers, so again no joy there.

I would say that if you were mafia you could lurk for almost the entirety of the day and as long as you post with "oh, sorry, forgot/was busy/took me this long to read" you could be fine, as any other lurkers would be lynched before you, and you couldn't be called a lurker.

Speaks for itself really.

FoSs = moody, Jesse (for lurking)

Hmm, I hadn't thought about no-one being willing to replace Radman9000. There would be no point playing a game with someone who is not even playing.

His name is Matt, and is something like Mr Meister on the fora. Or we could just give someone the cliff notes.

I am going to

Unvote MaJ

vote OotD

Should OotD be anything but Jester, I think that we should lynch MaJ tomorrow for sure.

I wholeheartedly agree with you there, Az.

I'd probably be pretty easy to convince on MaJ tomorrow, too. Since his insisting he'd be dead by tomorrow was the first thing that worried me anyway. If he's there to vote for, there's some serious questions he's gonna have to answer.

Screw it:
vote: SexyParty
vote: OotD

I hate to be impulsive, but past a certain point, I guess I am. Day one really kind of sucks. ;)
