*Disclaimer - maybe I've played too many of OOTD's games? bwahaahahaaa <insert evil grin>
Basic Rules by Vox (and edited by me! Strike-throughs in rules mean that I don't care, you can break that rule for this game):
Mafia, also known as Werewolf (to infidels, we shall not speak of them), is a game originating in real life, but adapted for a forum setting. Basically, you have a small village of innocent people, but hidden among them is a group of nasty mafiosos, whose sole goal is to have at least 50% of the population belong to their organization so that they can control the lynch-votes. Since they cannot recruit people, the only way to achieve this is bloody murder, but not more than one per night. The rest of the town uses their deductive abilities, along with some special roles, to find these infiltrators and lynch them.
To Vote: You must bold it, if you don't and I or my co-mod miss it, not our fault! It should also be on a separate line such as:
If you want to change a vote, do it in this manner:
Night—when everything else happens:
People who are not regular townies send in their night actions, discuss among themselves (mafia, cult), etc.
2. DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE GAME OUTSIDE THIS THREAD.
4. Don't lurk through the whole game; if you need to drop out, TELL ME. Really bad lurkers risk MODKILL
5. If you aren't part of the game, please post in a separate, forbidden to players, thread for outside analysis.
6. Once I say that it's nighttime,
7. If you die, don't say anything for the rest of the game except a simple, "Bah, you got me," which reveals no information.
8. You may not post verbatim or quote from your role PM. Paraphrasing is fine.
9. You may not edit your posts. This is to preempt the possibility of cheating by sending messages to other people and then editing them out.
The game will also start in the day phase to give everyone at least a day of playtime. There are no time limits yet, but I may decide to implement them if the game starts dragging on forever.

Role Teasers - yes you can look, spoiled for length, it is possible not all roles are listed here.
There are maybe two scum, there is a cult, and there are independents. That's all I'm saying.
Holland Lop: Big and massive in a tiny package. Smart and friendly, but you get rilled if someone wrongs you.
Checkered Giants: These are the rabbits with a 'tude. They don't play well with others, and even like to bite their owners for simply opening up the cage door. I would never want to own one, but apparently, some people like their vicious personalities.
Britannia Petite: The smallest of the running breeds (very fast, “racy” in type, think of the rabbit version of the Thoroughbred horse) they also have an attitude problem like the Checkered Giants.
New Zealand: A breed raised mostly for meat purposes, you die so others can be nourished. Sad, but true (plus, rabbit meat is yummy). However, a good doe or buck will be of use in a breeding program and will not be sent to the meat market.
English Spot: Another running breed, but they are super sweet. They are great for things like rabbit agility and rabbit jumping (like show jumping, but for rabbits not horses) and are highly athletic.
Chinchillas: Yes, it is a breed of rabbit and a color, not just an animal. Named for their distinct ringed fur pattern much like the actual chinchilla, they are an exclusive clan loved for their fur.
Mini Rex: The breed with very plush fur, even better than the softest stuffed animal toy. Lovable, huggable, and cuddleable, (I think I made up some words there...) you are one of the three most popular rabbit breeds.
Belgian Hare: A breed almost about to go extinct, you have fine long limbs and strong hind legs that allow you to run faster than the rest. Just be careful not to break those legs, bone structure issues are common in your breed and all the inbreeding to try and keep the breed alive is not helping.
French Angora – bred for your angora fur which is then taken and spun to make the softest warmest sweaters around. However, this fur can become a tangled mess at times, and it takes a lot of work to keep you properly groomed.
