Ghosts are roles that tend tohave their powers activated after death, and time travelers tend to have roles that manipulate roles of earlier days (which may affect lynch outcomes, hence the 2-day not-yet-dead period)

From far and away many travellers stumbled upon a little forum called xkcd. In their searches they discovered this thing called "mafia". Intrigued, they decided to try playing, as it was much more fun than whacking bananas (also, they were worried that Gordon might mind if they did). However, sooner or later some players left and more joined. All that was left of the olden days were the tales, and no one knew how true they were.

Then, one day, a couple of legends showed up again! Excited, everyone went to the pub for drinks and good laughs and storytelling. Someone raised a toast to the good old days, and with the clink of their glasses everyone suddenly found themselves warped into a new city, unlike any they had seen before. The architecture seemed to be out of the 1960's America but yet oddly modernized in almost a space-age fashion. There was a pretty even mix of cars like the Oldsmobile Cutlass and the Ford Falcon in with weird shuttle craft flying in the air. They watched in awe as Pontiac GTO lifted off the ground and started to soar up over the city! Clearly, things were not normal here. Or, at least, normal as they knew it to be.

Confused and slightly disoriented the newbies were, but a few knew exactly what to do. They reached into their pockets and pulled out a slip of paper, reading it discreetly. Eventually, everyone found it. No one (except one person) knew what was on them all and where they came from and how they got there. The rules were clear. There was a new game under way, a new history to be made. The following is the tale of their adventures.
