It's actually fairly probable that there will be repeats. This is related to the birthday problem http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birthday_problem.
We think of it like the probability of a repeat of a given phrase (which is pretty low), but since it's a repeat of any phrase, it gets higher each time a new phrase is chosen and after a while has to happen. After 135 unique ong postings by the newpixbot, it would have to repeat.
