One of them turned into a rabbit in the second to last frame. In the last frame it must have gone down the rabbithole
The other one is flying away.

Okay, so you think time flows that way, do you? Interesting.

Ah, interesting ... I had always interpreted that sequence as the second raptor morphing into the rabtor then morphing back to a raptor while the first raptor didn't morph at all and just flew away.

And awesomefully quick work on the OTTercomic BlitzGirl.

 Appropriate quote! (I'm sure the rabtors can shift forms back and forth at will. It would be silly if they could only turn into molpyrabbits and be stuck like that!)

@slinches: To be fair, I'm pretty sure that your reading of the sequence is what GLR had in mind (minus the morphing part) but ever since I saw Neil's comment way back then I favor the rabbithole interpretation instead. :D
And... *eyes spoilered pun suspiciously*
I suppose I'll let that one slide since it's a compliment. Thanks!

Sorry. I thought the 400th post warning, plus the fact that the comic is readily available on the site meant I didn't need to throw a NSFW sign on it. I will have to to mark the next OTTification I do that contains nipples or vajay-jays. :)

I don't think there's been a prooperly naughty n-hundredth post in a while so I forgot to look out for it. I just thought 'Hey, Whizbang comic...' and glossed over the number. Anyhow, I better get back to OTTifying...

With regard to today's Othercomic: How do you think the IAU would feel if we attempt to name an object preemptively, before it is discovered or even known to exist?

Sometime in the next few hundred thousand years (or sometime in the last 550 years) Antares will go (went) supernova. We could petition the IAU to name the result before it becomes visible. I suggest Supernova Remnant xkcd-1190, the Randall Nebula. Sound good to anyone else?

Hey all. Just checking in for a mip. I had a couple of thoughts recently that I'm trying to make "real" and they (of course) are taking longer than I expected to put them to "paper". They're for here, so I'm not abandoning ship or anything. Hopefully at least one will turn up ...er... turn out okay.

Sea-ish and tree-ish multiple OTTercomics from waveney, Eternal Density, Whizbang, and BlitzGirl (Oh, and BlitzGirl? Cut that out! You've "ninja'd" me by ottifying two different OtherComics I was thinking of doing. {However, I'll admit in one case I was still working on the punch line and in the other, you had the better joke. So I really wasn't ninja'd....})
[And Eternal Density's latest "Starwatching" is real wowtree-ish.]

Special hat tips to StormAngel for the "Waldo gif" and superluminal for the "silly series" with buildt-in redundakitty.

Also HES' "molpy loop" was neat and for the awesomeful first OTTcomicing of a "What If" illustation.
But then, Swein turned around and OTTied the whole "What If" with super sea-ish results.

Congrats are in order to Whizbang for 400 posts, yappo with 900 posts, and mscha (and newpixbot) with a jaw-dropping 2400 posts.

Let me add @yappo: Hurray, good show on passing your Driving Test! And what a wowtreefull ottification 'The Myth of the OTC' is.

@edfel: re your map: Just a suggestion/comment; when your next update to bring together the Beanies map, the Med sea and yours (like you've got in that note on the map page); could you leave the "last" version (this version) of your map up for comparison purposes? It fact it might be real neat to be able to "flip though" all of the versions of your map to see how you buildt them up as the story went on. (No need to have all the "bells and whistles" on the "flip maps" though.) Would that be possible? (I guess it also depends on the amount of space you have at your site.)

It makes me giggle to think that 11,000 yips from now, Wingdings will have evolved into the Squarish language! Image

Thank Randall that Eternal Density actually typed in the Wingdings font rather than just choosing arbitrary symbols for each letter. I glanced at the original OtherComic and saw that L and S were the same, so it was fairly simple to decipher it from there. My (very messy) results, including the image in the redundaspoiler:

Very steakish job, BlitzGirl! I thought there was an e after the lone b (as in 'do be'), but it seems to have gone missing. Still gets the point across well enough. I'm not sure how I got an extra s in yess, I'll blame the Time Vulture for that :P
Yeah I'm really cranking them pretty quickly todip, and I think that's my most extensive use of layers in Paint.NET so far :D I'm getting better at it!

I 'translated' your redundakittywindings by expecting what it should say and checking the wordlength matched.
Also I happened to make this pic for hereticalforum reasons and it's not quite entirely unrelated so I thought I'd share it.

Are you saying you spend real money to throw off the ad networks? I get adding false or minimal information, but spending money to do so is too far. Tracking blockers minimise what information they can scrape from you, and ad-blockers make the information worthless (targeted ad's are irrelevant if you never see them). Or is there a greater problem that I'm missing?

I just happened to browse the wiki and found the excellent Book Recommendations Article. Whoever compiled this list: great work!

Unfortunately I was not able to continue my work on the Database, but I plan to do so soon and finish at least the songs sections.

Thanks for the Past Present, Vytron!
I don't mind sketchy OTTercomics at all, Eternal Density - keep 'em coming!

I added a section under the OTTercomics page on the OTW for ottified What-ifs (OTT-ifs) since there's plenty of image fodder to manip there. :)
