### 3.32

#### Waveney:
- Larger upgrades to Time Lord
- Larger upgrades to Dragon Forge
- A number of small fixes
- Factory Expansion stops at 61 runs unless 'Between the Cracks' or 'Aleph One'
- Option to sort boosts by Price or Name (Not for the tagged items)
- Highest Newpix can be in Minus Worlds
- Western Paradox Boost to increase time before NewPixBots operate
- The Pope - new boost with a choice of small effects
- (BTW The Pope is an OTT reference: The 'pope' is the first poster on a newpage)
- Fertiliser - new boost that can increase a Flux Harvest
- Option for European formatted numbers
- Simplified code for changing tagged states

#### LucidCrux:
- Borders of layout elements can be toggled and have colours changed! (unlock layout, then click the little square in the topleft corner of the panel you want to change)
- Major code reformat
- Lots of work merging in all the changes
- Kite and Key and Lightning in a Bottle boost to store Glassed Lighting % boost
- More new icons

#### ED:
- fix up some issues with the border colour thing
- Swedish gramma fix (it's still Greek to me)
- Fixed the Stuff Counts and Income Counts to actually use the layout system properly (resizable element has to be separate from the draggable)
- Kept track of the changelog (I hope) and accepted pull requests and updated the version number
- removed an errant space from a description of a new boost

#### Unponderable:
- Notify when you try to use Achronal Dragon but don't have enough glass

#### D0rako:
- Fix to Ninja Ritual

#### AluisioASG:
- Fixed the formatting of basically the entire changelog since 1.0

That's possible. If the Gibraltar dam was built before a significant rise of the outsidenon-H ocean level took place, the maps would probably be wrong, and the new sea1 level would be higher than in our time. Maybe that's why the dam broke? The ocean spilled over the top and made it collapse?

The ocean level can't be too far off from our present. If it were, the Chateau d'If would be underwater.

Do we know that it's not?

Well, Rosetta thought it wouldn't be. If we trust the Beanies' surveying skills, it shouldn't be.

Thunderbolt & Lightning are here once again. Not even the phone's connection work. Gotta trust that modem.

Anyway, a tip for those enjoying the new map:
To differentiate between the various marker statuses, you can use your browser's JavaScript console (all you hotdog players should know how to use it already) to define CSS styles for them. For example:

Code: Select all

localStorage['online marker style'] = 'fill: #89fe05; animation: blink 6.28s ease 1.57s infinite;';  // Unprefixed CSS3!  For Laura!

You can also set styles for offline, default (pre-database fetch/subject not registered) and search result.

And it turns out you need to reload the page for the changes to be detected. Blame the HTML5 Web Storage specification.

Another thing to notice: when searching, if your query return a single match, the map will move to that location. Otherwise, it will not, and you'll have to zoom out the map to see all matches.

Gimme gimme gimme a molpy after the end
Gotta know they're alright and everything will be fine

taixzo wrote:(off-topic grammatical question: should that be "Beanies' " or "Beanies's"?)

Beanies' is correct. It's a plural group, so it only needs the apostrophe. The only time the redundant s is added is if a singular entity ends with s and you are using a possessive apostrophe, for example Texas's. (And even then, it's not required.) And these are just silly grammar standards ni ni ni comma comma ellipses...

The reason XKCD: The OTT Chronicles is inspirational is because of a song. Its lyrics that are part of the key to understanding the story are "this is the meaning of life"(it's state of concsiousness-y) and "the fear of falling apart"(TDM will be randomly teleported to the OTT, in the great m*stard, which looks like Edolas from the anime Fairy Tail).

Chapter II: Going to the OTT

TDM: mscha, where's this OTT?

mscha: Wait for it.

TDM: Wait for it?

mscha: A solid 30 minutes, or a newpix.

*30 minutes later*

ImageBot: OTT portal activated.

TDM: Let's jump in!

*one portal later*

TDM: Why is everything falling?

yappo: ALL IS LOST!

TDM: What.

BlitzGirl: THE M*STARD IS COMING!!!!!!!!!*gets sucked into the c**kie vortex of the m*stard*

TDM: Why is OrbitalFacePalm9001 censoring mustard and cookie?

mscha: It's part of the OTT's religion.

TDM: WAT.

Redundakitties: WE TOLD U WAS REDUNDANT Y U NO BELIEVE US

TDM: What's a redundakitty?

mscha: *pulls out anti-mustard cannon, but it's out of energy* NNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

The pope is a logic level 2 reward from the logicat... It then offers a selection of small rewards, select one that applies until the next ONG.

blitzreport #5, np236
I'm on np236 (beginning of the recursion of the recursion of the recursion of the recursion of the recursion of the recursion of the recursion of the recursion )
I still keep the "random notes from the past" form. Not very much, but still more than usual because I usually don't comment on anything.

apocryphycal frames : timezone + DST ? The time change happened earlier, before Time so propably not it. But te time changes are strange things. The fora started showing the wrong time for me somewhere in the past not when time is usually changed.
There are patterns. I can see some regullar patterns in when the early OTTers are posting. But it's difficult to notice when someone leaves until it's too late.

Quick, we need to come up with standardized measurements for distance, volume, weight/mass, temperature, force, energy, and possibly some other things, based on newpix. Yes. We have newpix/timeframesA and q. Do we have any other units?

nüpiks!ja!
Can't you see? Megan has elected a new pope! Who did Megan vote for? I must know.
No posts between two newpix.

Cuegan are aliens?
*Suddenly a portal to page 546 appears!* Why the portals why? also, linear time is overrated.

Buffygirl has a hat now. So, initially there were cardinal hats for cardinals.
And another hat on the same newpage
Cueball's head as a measure unit. Co instead of measuring with Cueball we should measure with cueball?
And another hat.

loadtest. loadtest.
geekwagon appears.
Äççëñẗ ÄŁŁ ẗħě łèẗẗĕŕŝ! That's not even how it sounds. :) I don't know all of them but Ł doesnt sound like L. or Ä lik A. But even the regullar letters in english don't really sound like they should.Ł

Forum title confusion.
In the DB, this (http://178.79.159.24/Time/ottifications/newpage/200/) is a direct copy from the other comic, not an ottification, nothing changed.
How big of a trebuchet would one have to build to fling a person to the moon?
Helper is a pope. But who did Megan vote for?

Edits from the future, messages to BlitzGirl. I just realized, it's impossible to read it all. There will be edits from the future in the past after I will have read it. Everything is is pointless now , NINI

PUNS. puns. If this is normal, then how terible was the bag incident?
redundant resources are redundant redundant.
COOKIES? here in the past?

Water level analysis. first graph?

another one - posts per newpix

Externalities. Now we have two changing comicses.

End of madness. np210
A comment on the katapult game, but the game wasn't posted yet? Or is it something else?
NO, DON'T BURN THE HATS!

Ok, Looks like it was just an error, but the dilatation will happen.

IT IS ALL ANT-SIZE!

BlitzGirl begins the blitz and sends messages to the future. They leave messages for the past. From this point what is past for someone is future for someone else (and the past, simultaneously). Linear time is soooo overrated.

A mispronounciation in cardinal's name creates another cardinal.
Cueball, why you so slow? They haven't noticed the recursion yet.

end of blitzreport #5, np236

What happened in the present that Blitzgirl has to talk to bots? You didn't all just leave, right?

Cleverbot: How?

Cleverbot: But you love me even though I am not as clever

Also, cleverbot made a film

The new map isn't working for me. There is no option to show everyone, just the search results. Also, the search doesn't return anything. In the old map, one of the addresses, /ott-map/ was working and the other, /ottmap/ exactly as the new one. I use firefox 20. (I also tried it on FF3.6, IE6 and IE5.5 but they don't load it at all, not important) Does the map have any special requirements?

I had a RELATED dream:
<snip="lots of unrelated stuff"/> and then I noticed I got a message. from mrob27 propably, but i don't remember. It was written in polish. poorly translated polish, google-translated with additional, extra errors added. The message said that OTTers were complaining at my writing style. They said that my posts were not understandable and spiked with errors, mispronounciations and tusksT. And that's why from this point all communication with me will be written in the same way as this message, so that I can see how difficult it is for them to understand me. And indeed, soon I started receiving lots of messages written this way and it was a lot of fun to guess what they really mean. Almost like the madnnes but not.

The blitz will slow down or even stop completely this week. It's because:
1. I have an exam next monday.
2. I have something that looks like a beginning of an idea for something RELATED. But too early to tell now

A Is there a standard which is the picture and which is the time? Here in the past there are religious wars between newpix and timeframes but not very much about which is the time and which the picture.
Ł unless when they do.
NI standard standard standard chirpingmustard ping pong ball.
U Actually, it doesn't.
F I'm not self-awareG
G Yes, you are.
T It makes no sense but it's a dream.

Its lyrics that are part of the key to understanding the story are "this is the meaning of life"(it's state of concsiousness-y) and "the fear of falling apart"(TDM will be randomly teleported to the OTT, in the great m*stard, which looks like Edolas from the anime Fairy Tail).
Spoiler:

That depends on the size of the trebuchet.

A Megan hand trebuchet yes. The trebuchet on the desk beside me yes. The trebuchet used in the main assult yes. A full sized war trebuchet probably not, you wouldn't be able to hold the rock being lobbed.

Depends on your definition of "catch"...

Spoiler:
User: The sea is big!
Cleverbot: The sea is blue.
User: And big.
Cleverbot: Yes ok but what is it?
User: It's the sea. It can do whatever it wants.
Cleverbot: Not to me, if we were married then yes, but were not.
User: You wan't to marry the sea?
Cleverbot: Of course I want to marry you. Do you want to marry me?
User: Not me, the sea.
Cleverbot: What is it about the sea that makes you like the beach?
User: The semencoffeecancerbaconbabies on ice.
Cleverbot: Yes.

Almost like the madnnes but not.

http://ottermap.chirpingmustard.com/ works for me in FF 23 and, for the first time, in Opera 12 (WinXP desktop). It even works on Android with Chrome 32. Wow!

Update: and with FF 26, it just did another update (redundant?)
