Molpy back aus der Schweiz! It was dunejumpish and wowterful, though also quite hillish. I saw a lot of RELATED things; I'll post pictures, but the whole process of downloading them from my camera, finding the pictures and uploading them will take some Time, so you'll have to Wait for it.

As promised, I did ketchup during the trip, although I don't remember which posts I wanted to reply to and I'm too tired to re-read that whole stack of newpages.

BlueCrab wrote:For pope of newpage... um... this page? Is this 1935? Wow, it's been a while since I followed a decree on the appropriate page...
When Link achieved the Rosetta Tile the other dip I was assaulted by a muse, and being almost as susceptible to those as I am to Procrastinations, I jotted some things down. I didn't take the Time to come up with names for the characters so some of them are only represented by a capital letter, and I have no idea if there's any more of the story waiting to be written. Also my phone battery's getting quite low so I'm not going to take the time to check for typos (hmm. Another monster for the manual?)

Thanks, yappo! (And thanks to everyone else for the compliments!) :) I like doing that with the poems for some reason. Hopefully anyone who's read the OTT can catch the references, and anyone else might still appreciate it as a little piece of poetry.

I can report that I am happy as a lark (assuming English larks are as happy as ours), 'cause I have danced both Friday and Saturday.

I liked Yappo's compositions, ggh's colorisations and BlitzGirl's wing poem - which reminded me of a lovely American micro-song (songlet?) that my choir-leader Eva Rune uses for warm-up. The text is just:

Spread your wings in the morning
And fly away with sunshine.

The melody is lovely - blues-y I think. I had planned to post a link to someone singing it, hoping Yappo would then be inspired and make a tune for the wing poem. But my Google Fu failed me. Maybe the micro-song is not so well-known. I could get an mp3 file from Eva, probably... wait for it!

Surely Mother's day is on May 25 this year? Hm, must be a time-zone/daylight-saving/ethnic thing.

Nah, these are obviously grapevine barrels. Radioactive grapevine barrels. :)

AluisioASG wrote:So maybe this isn't a nuclear power station at all.

It could still be. The waste is always stored in the power station at first. Also I would expect that nuclear waste disposal facility is build deeper underground unless it's some temporary one. So it could be both, we just have to [you know what] for further evidence.

I think it was a combination of all of the above: I guess it actually cracked from the bike adventure but it wasn't until the sitting up that it had the wrong strain on it such that I felt significant pain from it. In any case, I managed to disturb it in a similar fashion on Fridip nip so I did pretty much nothing all Saturdip but by Sundip it was much improved and I'm alright todip. It should actually properly fix in a few wips, especially if I'm careful.

Some treeish OTTIfications, but I've still got a way to ketchup.

Wonderful poem! Wonderful magnets!

Not wonderful: my main time accessor died. This means I'm back on my old, terrible one. Which means I'm pretty much hotdog-less except for drawception and an SNES emulator. Of course, that might actually mean I spend more time here until I fix my thing, so that's a plus!

I ordered them from Magnapix.net. I think they came out pretty well. The waited-a-half-hour one could be sharper - I should have uprezzed the image a bit. Also the colour on the NoMouse one has some funny diagonal striping in the sky - most likely a colour-bit-depth artefact - I should have added some dithering. Neither one is too bad though. The BlitzGirl OTColoureds came out nicer than I expected.

They don't take up much space, Aluisio. PM me your address and I'll send you one. Or, keeping with the backpack theme, maybe we should customize some rain ponchos....

I updated OTToMeme a little. It's now a little bit less redundant. Heretical, I know. lol.

BC, neat crazy story and universe. Coffee cherry? I thought coffee was always in bean form.

TY for the fusion answer, NM. It sounds less wasteful and more efficient, but I'm not hearing "greater output than input". Close enough, right?
