Disco-fy??? I don't know what kind of heresy this is, but it is heresy of some sort! Bring out the cauldrons of chocolate! Bring out the Comfy Chairs! Bring out yer dead! (wait a minute, that's not right!)

Anyway, I discovered that if you google "disco lyrics" you come up with stuff. Lots of stuff. Lots of awful, horrible, heretical stuff!

This is going to be a fun newpage!

Wow, ggh, you're fast! As soon as I posted that, I realized I wasn't actually post and edited it. Kinda weird to see that you caught that bit of text that no longer exists. But yay! Thanks!

Turns out I can't do what I wanted to do because PowerPoint is not very good at setting white as a transparent color with stick figures. But you'll see what I was after, anyway.

SchizoBlitz Report #14

This report is brought to you by the number 133.

So, this wipend was rather productive. I set up my first web server (which I'm going to use to host my wedding website, because why not), I bought a domain for that server and set it up, I somehow made it to a quarter century as a human being... oh, and I started Blitzing Lost. 10 episodes on Sunxip. Whoops.

When not bogged down by that, I have been Blitzing through the Era of Great Fora M*stard. Which I can imagine was quite annoying at the time. Also, I noticed that the popes from 1623 and 1624 were somehow goated back to 1622 and 1623, respectively (with the status of Popes the 1622nd and 1625th in indeterminate status, due to a lack of papal decrees [ETA: Pope the 1626th has been goated too]), m*starding up those who are trying to Blitz. I wonder which Pastpost got deleted... oh well. Oh, and possibly coincidentally (though IT'S ALL RELATED), I have been getting sporadic 408 errors on the fora the last wip or so. They usually go away within a few millinewpix, though.

Oh, and I stumbled across this:

I found beacon... Foxhound? Ni Ni Ni Coma Molpy Billiards Table and all that, I suppose. Sadly, I don't know what any of it means, other than that half of the 6 "traditional names" from the NATO phonetic alphabet are featured. And there's the groups of 5 letters... anyone figured out all these codes yet?

wasn't it originally dix (teehee) and such? what caused the change?

There was much discussion of what to name the Outside time period of 24 newpix on NP554. Latent22 suggested newDay and mscha lobbied for icositetranewpix, but azule came up with xip and its derivatives wip, mip, and yip.

wip = week;
mip = month;
yip = year.

This is why I still continue to use xip. That and Ni Ni Ni...

The seaish-est (seaist?) problem with staying ketchedup... err... ketchupped... (what's the past participle of "to ketchup"?) over the wipend, combined with the relatively slow post rate of the Present, is that I have nothing to keep me entertained as I wait for my bus to take me home. Oh well, i'll just have to do the thing we are all second best at: wild speculation of what comes next.

I predict that Cueganzzle will return to the Beanies' home to find that a large meteor has hit and destroyed it. It also set fire to everything. Trying to rescue something, they all inhale toxic fumes and smoke, causing them to collapse and die. Thus end the SilentONGs.

I have to say that it's really difficult to resist making puns with the word ‘Czech’ here. Could I get credit for this, to mitigate future offenses? I wonder why the algorithm didn't get your native language right; Czech is on the list, isn't it?
Seaish (and treeish! and Ugh!) pun information*; I couldn't take the quiz, though, because it's in Flash :?
But I wouldn't be too sure about the quantity of punsaws BlitzGirl and lmjb (and HES?) can get hold of.

I'm not surprised it didn't get my native language, I guess there haven't been many Czechs taking it. Also the test itself would probably have to be twerked to be able to recognize all the languages.
I didn't take the pun quiz either - it was incredibly slow for some reason and the research has been finished anyway.

As for the 'Czech' puns - I've noticed that many people can't resist to make these puns whenever they see the word 'Czech' regardless of the context. At least on the internet. Almost every time an English article or YouTube video is somehow related to Czech or Czech Republic, the comment section is flooded with these puns. Which is actually interesting - and also a little bit annoying to be fair. But I don't find it offensive. It would be probably more annoying IRL but I haven't run into such situation yet. And in cases like this, when we're talking about puns and languages, it's perfectly acceptable. And it can still be funny. Especially when the pun is unintentional.
But it could be worse, at least my country is not written the same as a certain large (and tasty) bird in English
WARNING: SEAISH PUN CHAIN IN THE COMMENT SECTION!.

Latest What-If: That was chirping interesting. I didn't know starlings can talk. :o And it's definitely strange coincidence that it was released at the same timealmost when Cuagan is talking about chirping in the UNGs (and more chirping coming soon!).
Time. The final frontier. These are the voyages of Cueball and Megan. Its continuing mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no one has gone before.

NoMouse, that story about the "Check" flag is simultaneously funny and sad. :?

jimbobmacdoodle wrote:The seaish-est (seaist?) problem with staying ketchedup... err... ketchupped...

Well, you could have used the time to follow the decree and OTTify some disco lyrics or something. But nooooo, you didn't do that, did you? Sheesh, no respect for da pope anymore. Except of course for ggh's awesomeful OTColored.

Need an example, you say? How about this, world's easiest ottification ever (because, stupidest song ever):

OTT (Based on Donna Summer's disco classic I Feel Love")

Spoiler:
Ooh
It's so good, it's so good
It's so good, it's so good
It's so good
Ooh
Heaven knows, heaven knows
Heaven knows, heaven knows
Heaven knows
Ooh
O T T, O T T
O T T, O T T
O T T

O T T, O T T, O T T

etc, etc.

I truly thought that the only lyrics in that song were "I Feel Love." Looked it up online and found out there were in fact other lyrics. Thing is, they somehow manage to make the song even more lame.

Further proof that GLR reads the OTT! No doubt that when the UNGs reach the point when we hear Beanish, there will be an Other Comic or What If on the theme of languages. Some may doubt his creativity if he keeps stealing ideas from here...

Just visited Drawception after some time and saw this game in Today's Top:

Time. The final frontier. These are the voyages of Cueball and Megan. Its continuing mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no one has gone before.

I assumed you were referring to the skyrim meme, which I hadn't realised was included in Automome.

Well, I don't know skyrim and didn't get the meme, so it could have been that as well. :)

And here's another OTTification, well, actually a Q04B-ification, of an old children's song, to help you remember the order of the tiles:
Cue and Cue are Meg
Meg and Meg are rook
Rook and rook are trebuchet
Trebuchet and trebuchet are scaffold.

Don't worry, I'm not just imposing this on him, he asked for it in a pm :P

Say, your hat hoard must be almost as big as your trophy hoard now!
