Welcome Beret Guy, Revealer the Recent!

I have a lot of condiments in my fridge. This happens: Let's have a barbecue on the beach! I pack up the barbie and charcoal and some stuff. Remember wine and beer. Buy snarlers. Forget mustard and ketchup and stuff. Buy mustard and ketchup and stuff. Have barbecue. Yay! Good times! In a day or two - take bbq out of the car. In a week or two - notice the condiments are still in the car. Wonder if they're still good. Put them in the fridge. Hmm.
Sometimes I remember to bring various sauces from the fridge to the barbecue, with the main result being that some of these have been forgotten in the car multiple times. My fridge is full of condiments that I'm nervous about eating.

I hereby build an OTT memorial to these suspect jars and squeeze bottles. I dub them Veteran Picnic Sauce. (It might be more accurate to say Veteran Barbecue Sauce, because it is barbecues that these condiments are veterans of, but barbecue sauce is already a thing, and it doesn't include the wide range of condiments I have left in my car.) Henceforth, I shall use Veteran Picnic Sauce as my condiment of choice for abandoned ketchup and the like - old stuff that I may get around to commenting on, but maybe not in a timely or organized manner.

ETA: Veteran picnic sauce from 2300: Thanks mrob for the smiley repository! Now that I've got a smiley, I've got to remember to use it the next time I'm pope. :)

mrob, thank you for explaining your madnessavatar.
Now I feel like I should explain mine. But it's not related. maybe later.

That is a really cool game file format figuring out .

I once did some file format figuring out but it was far less impressive:
I once made a program that could transfer information like player names, time, and number of solved levels between the PC and Amiga version of a hotdog "Supaplex" The PC file format was already known. I had two Amigas on, one with the game running and one with a hex editor. And there was a lot of swapping the game disk between the two computers.

I've heard of buying growlers for a BBQ, but not snarlers...

Loved the quokka selfie from the future! And redundakitty quokka.

For pope:
Quokkas are like great big mice.
Other stuff looked really nice.
Things here really do entice,
But I'm behind Outside and must pay the price. :(
