Welp, I've got some pages to ketchup. But less than the number of wips I've been in the basemen for.
A few wips ago I went to the beach. It wasn't really warm enough to stand around outside the icedcoffeebabybacon and build sandcastles though. Also during the drip I seem to have lost by sunglasses, but a) they were slightly held together with duct tape b) I've had them for four years c) it's time I changed to a different style and lens tint and d) I had an eye test yesterdip and I need a slightly stronger prescription cos my one short sighted eye has become slightly more unmolpish. So it's fine really.

Speaking of yesterdip, after the eye test I had lunch at the food court and saw some RELATED prices.

So that was a sign for me to pop in here and say MOLPY UP OTTERS. Oh and daylight savings time started here a couple of wips ago too.

ETA I'm surprised that I'm directly after the pope. And I'm surprised that StromAngle went ice skating todip and broke his arm.

For decree:
Two time related surprises:

I was surprised when I looked at the clock this morning.
It was 6:00.
I was supposed to wake up at 5.
But, apparently, I made a mistake and clicked the button too many times and I set the alarm to 6 instead of 5.
I had to get up this early so that I have time to eat, pack my things and go to the train at 6:24.
It meant I was going to be late.

But anyway I quickly ate my breakfast packed my things and went to the train station.
On the internet it was shown that there is a next train 2 hours later (which is too late but better than nothing).
But I also remember seeing on the ticket selling machine a train one hour later which doesn't appear on the internet.
(I wonder who is wrong: the ticket machine or the internet?)

I was at the train station at 7:10.
I was surprised again when I saw the time on the ticket machine:
6:10.
what?

Then I realised:
Today must have been the change from summer time to winter time and I have one extra hour.
I'm not late for the train after all.

StromAngle: Sana te, sana, culta de rana, si no sana hoy, te sana mañana! But I'm glad it wasn't StormAngel that broke his arm. That would be highly unmolpishful.

Yes, Bugs Bunny is the master of the Carrot cycle. He's rarely surprised.

Yes, I remember Balthabike was on Quest - he set off for the moon, which was odd since there is no moon, but sometimes there is. But this is not surprising.

This is not surprising if they are familiar with electricity.

balthazar_s wrote:Today must have been the change from summer time to winter time and I have one extra hour.
That's an easy way to time-travel. But since time and space are the same thing, do you also get an extra closet when you do this? That shouldn't surprise me, but it would.

I was surprised to find out the author of the Physics ONGs. But I shouldn't have been.

And in another thread, I needed a name for some kind of deity-thing that a rumored ancient civilization might have worshipped, and then reviled when they were kicked out (they don't like us very much.), and came up with a name. I was surprised to find that it was remarkably similar to one of mrob's alter-egos. Fortunately, mrob doesn't seem to want to kick us out, and he'd be molpish anyway.

These words.
It's not the first time they appear in BSTA.

Someone already said them.
Do you remember, who?

The command was "remember".
So that's what she does right now.
She can remember what was said and who said it (and the picture can show it)
and in the same time she can repeat the words (and the dialog box shows it)

Notice that the person is not drawn with black.

Château de Sablé is a really cool CGI, he fights scary monsters and doesn't afraid of anything.

@Febrion Hi!
@Taixo, Laura Ucim, etc. - Thanks for the molpish wishes, my "undisplaced distal radial fracture" is healing molpishly.
I was surprised by how quickly I started playing piano again; less than a day after the incident 8-)

I wanted to make a post with lots of footnotesX to say a proper Hello! to Febrion. But then, Outside happened. Mostly molpish; I'm in Mexico now, staying at a lovely place on the beach with some friends. But it has kept me away from here. So, hi, Febrion!

And hello also to StormAngel. Glad to hear the bones are healing properly.

I was also surprised to find out who the Physics ongs author was, and then was surprised that I was surprised. :) Ketchup on that and bsta will have to Wait.

Molpy on!

=1Although taixzo proved conclusively that is it possible to have just one. :)

Edited to fix a wrong word I just now noticed. :(

Hi.

I mostly just came in to notify that this year's desert bus is running (and has been for 100ish NP >.<)

I might stay a bit, we'll see

[edit] yes i am old and intuitively used NP in the old sense

At this instant, Phil Plait is doing a live auction of space rock at twitch.tv/desertbus
[edit] sold for $3010 to I_Am_Clockwork
[edit] They're 50 NP in, out of a current 140, which will go up as people donate more.
The number of NP will also go up as Time passes, in the normal fashion.
