Or is that a bit overly wrong?

As for the mysterypics: the tree will fall over due to an elefolpy blundering in from the right. As he steps on the molpies in the frame he slips, falls over and breaks his neck. Thus continue the MysteryPics. Why aren't they called Molpix anyway? The focus seems to be fully on the molpy hunting.

Pure, unadulterated chocolate for me. Or relatively healthy foodstuffs.

Congrats mscha on 2900! And Neil too - 800 is not bad for a dead person! (and you're coming up on as many posts as you lived in NewPages)

Great to see you JuneBug! That musical sounds quite molpish! I hope you don't miss your cue however, and come in late for the rests!

Getting ready for the holidips, maybe.
I'm still in the getting ready to get ready phase.
Laundry - in progress
Garage door - functioning again, still needs work
Printer - working
Bills - paid
Lists - created

Still to do:
Recycle cardboard
Grocery shopping
Oil change
Car wash
Print the stuff that was waiting for the printer to get fixed
Clean house

Then, I can I can get started on the holidip preparations

But if the molpies are fleeing the water, it's certainly soon.
Or maybe we'll just learn what awaits them when they finally do arrive here.

Well, the flood hasn't happened yet, so if we are going to see them, we'll have to [ spoiler ]. If the pan continues, I would tend to doubt it, but if the pan stops at a point where we can would be able to see the water approach, then maybe. I wonder how rough the arrival will be.

I've been getting a show/hide switch to work the way I want it. (I don't like javascript at all, since it can be used by websites to do things it's very hard to detect and next to impossible to stop, and I don't want to contribute to the destruction of resistance to javascript). My switch works, and now I'm testing it against legacy browsers (*koff* Redmond *koff*).

But I'm here. I'm not going anywhere. :)

Well, it took me a week to Blitz the OTT to roughly 1000 Newpages, and it took Vytron about six months. If we assume someone in between these, we can assume it takes around three months per thousand newpages. Assuming that humans generally learn to read around age 6 and live to be 72 on average, that's 66 years that they could blitz the OTT in their lifetime. Four thousand newpages per year means that they would read a total of 264,000 Newpages during their lifetime. (Assuming they only read then and do not continue after death like Neil_Boekend).

The *nd of Time was in August. Since then the posting rate has been roughly constant; about a hundred newpages per month. Assuming the posting rate remains constant, the OTT will reach that length in the year 2233, after which nobody will be able to blitz the whole thing.

...Can someone come up with a good conclusion for this? :?

I do miss my Cue, and my Megan. :(

Coming in late for a rest isn't so much a problem. It's getting lost in those rests and then not coming in on the solo cymbal crash when you're supposed to.

Congrats to mscha on #2900 and Neil on #800!

*thinks* No.

I noticed that. Any chance he put that in there to snipe us?

My house has no clean surfaces on which to put any holidip decorations, much less a tree. And I won't be home till probably close to midnip tonip, so it won't happen todip either. Maybe the elves will show up and do it for me.

You helped Addams stay in her home, and gave her a better life. She thanks you, and so do I.

What's suspicious about it? It's not green, it doesn't have eyes or an antenna.

Or coming in with it when you're not supposed to. :)

Anyone in between these is not doing their job! It's a question of possibility, not probability. 100 Newpages per day isdoable - it's been done before. So that's the number to work with. (I think it was eight hours a day for you, wasn't it?).

66 x 365 x 100 = two and a half million Newpages. Double that if you read 16 hours a day, which is probably a theoretical limit for sustained Blitzing. At that theoretical limit, it's twenty times your prediction, and leads to yip 4400 A.T. (or heretical year 6413).

Steakish! ChronosDragon has been involved in a lot of timefoolery; I would not be surprised if he were the cause of a lot of stuff! Avanti!

That would be my guess, but I haven't filled in the blanks yet, and there's still dozens of characters left.

After I posted the solution to the PM to Laura Mae, Aluisio PM'ed me to give me additional hints, saying that since that PM

Dracomax message is encoded with the updated version. However, each group does not correspond to a word, but to something else. Same for Rainymip's message.
This extra code was an awesome hint, because it's the same bit about dangerous time travel he sent before, and that allowed me to reverse engineer it. So to decode this, you turn the whole thing into binary and the least significant 11 digits give the frame number, the next three give the quote number, and the rest give the index into the quote (starting from 0, so 1 is actually the second word/0. There's a small amount of ambiguity, because 11 digits isn't quite enough for the frame number - when it's 2048 or above, that 1 gets added to whatever's in the quote section. I can explain further if that doesn't make sense.

Using this, we get:
