Linked Paper Abstract wrote:Otters are very social and frequently vocalizing animals. They live in highly cohesive groups, generally including a reproductive pair and their offspring born in different years. This basic social structure may vary in the degree of relatedness of the group members. Individuals engage in shared group activities and different social roles and thus, the social organization of otters provides a basis for complex and long-term individual relationships.

Sounds about right.

Hm. If you've been retconned, does that give you new powers, and/or make you alive again? Things like that seem to happen in other, non-true comics all the time

What’s that sound,
Screaming and shouting?
Jokes abound, but I didn’t think it mattered.
"Head for the hills!"
Yells an OTTer as he runs past,
Look who's here...
That no <snips>, no quips,
Mad-raving, chainsaw-waving BlitzGirl

Such a pain,
Roars like a raptor,
Patterned Chain, must've bought it at Markov's.
Trailing smoke,
Missing a hand guard,
What a fright!

Signpost-writer, One Blitzrandir's Pun-Saw®

CHORUS
Its an achocalypse with cookies everywhere,
Got a 'B' in her bonnet sure as Bunny has hair,
But a post needs axing and she’ll mow it down,
Our punner-razing, Otter-chasing,
Mad-raving, chainsaw-waving BlitzGirl

Newbie's post,
Didn't use a spoiler!
Blitzers boast, (that they)
Read through all the Bach-log.
Ricks are rolled,
By the unexpected Spaniards,
Bagged again!
By that punned-out, run-about,
Mad-raving, chainsaw-waving BlitzGirl

CHORUS
There's redundakittys running ev'ry which way,
That's the final straw, better fetch some hay.
But you'd better watch out when we're all having fun,
For that rage-flying, OSHifying
no-leaving, smiley-cleaving BlitzGirl

Oh, that no <snips>, no quips,
Pun-erasing, OTTer-chasing,
Punned-out, run-about,
Mad-raving, chainsaw-waving Blitz Girl!!

<Bonus verse>
Got the flags,
Batted by the thwap-stick,
Raft in rags,
Once was a great castle,
Floating the Forty,
Floating up a river,
Floating ‘til The End.

@StormAngel you did pretty well!

Now I have to write the Lyrics for Bussing Desert Style to have it performed live :D

A couple of hour ago (just before 5AM here) I said in the chat that I was tempted to donate 677 bucks for the current donation drive giveaway but probably shouldn't. Then Matt Wiggins Himself said that I should, by name, so I did.
I didn't win and don't know what I would have done with that stuff if I had won, but it's for the children.

Hi everymolpy!

I've been in the basement for quite a while.... it feels good to get some fresh air here :)

The meetup sounds great! I'll try to come, I'm not so far from there (at least I'm on the same continent :p). Let's say 75% chances.... but it's hard to be sure before January.... is it fine to give a definitive answer only then?

I'm usually doing so-called "productive" Outside things in the ENAP breaks, actually. I have the OTT tab pinned, so if I'm near the organized sand (or working on the organized sand) I tab over every couple nopix or so just to see if anything molpish is happening. If it's quiet, it takes only a few mnp to edit my last subject, and then I molpy away again.

I kind of prefer longer periods of free Time to do ketchup. Well, those and the motivation to do ketchup, which is hard to come by.

Oooh! There is talk of Skittles! I remember when I was in charge of those (I may also have been the one to introduce them, but I'm not certain about that), those were good times. Do I still hold that post in the Inquisition?

So many great debasements! (wait, what?) And the birthdips and new MFFSes! Just wanted to pop in and bring y'all some related cake:
Spoiler:
Image
Actually, it's doubly related, because I was eating it at a retirement party for a lovely lady who helped deliver (talk about crowning...) at least three OTTer avatars.

I also wanted to enhance 474's blue:
Image
Now I'm suspicious of any pngs from the moon with less than four colours visible.

...and the epilogue... tho not returned to complete reliability yet, it seems to be settling nicely. If you take a look at mscha's page you can see that we're getting the expected 2014 frames again now. We were getting all sorts of strange replacements during the mustard (in red). I was making note of the frames that I could see shortly before it got back on track.

Code: Select all

2:57am   A
3:02am   A
3:30am   getting Cs as well
4:09am   B
8:59am   E
9:00am   B
9:04am   E
9:06am   C
9:22am   C
12:18pm   C -> B
6:59pm   C
7:01pm   C
7:18pm   D
8:22pm   B
9:30pm   C
10:07pm   C
10:22pm   C
10:26pm   D
10:36pm   C
10:39pm   D
11:37pm   E->C
12:23am   D
1:08am   E
2:20am   A
3:49am   B
4:02am   E
As you can see, sometimes there were more than one frame during the hour. Generally, the frame that was supposed to be there got there eventually, though the previous frame usually lingered past the ONG. Mean anything? I doubt it. Just that the mustard was mustard, and Time was trying to stay on its path, but failing.

The outside is swamping me, and I'm more stuck in the shed than ever, but I've been enjoying seeing the return of so many molpish basementees!

Baobabs! I'll be lucky if my ketchup isn't triple digits by the time I get back.

Molpy on!
