My initial guess was that that Sir Lunch-a-lot's "derivative work" inherits the Creative Commons CC BY-NC 2.5 licence of the original work. But it looks as though I might be wrong. In any case IANAL.

Former guess was... closer than the latter, though somewhat off.

As for specifying in what way, I'm not sure if it might... I think you can guess where I'm going with this.

Ideally printed on aluminum with engineering grade reflective material.
