NOT COOL RANDALL.

I was an unwanted babby. My parents had me by accident.

I feel like crying right now.

Not cool, not funny, not a good comic.

My first thought when I saw the title was that it was going to be a Back to the Future reference.

Aww, lighten up, SJE. Just because the rest of us were fully-planned, prepared babies with college plans set up a year in advance doesn't mean you're any less adequate.

On a side note, thanks for helping me get this one. Once the memes came together, it was like honey dripping in my ear. Except for the meme part. That was painful.

I don't like internet meme's but I thought the comic was actually funny. I think what sold me on it was that the narrator acknowledged that using internet memes on that scale would ruin his life. (Of course, in my mind "ruin"="everyone else will hit him with a shovel until he stops using internet memes.")

EDIT: Wow! I totally missed that the ruination of said narrators life was that the girl got pregnant. I still stand by my thought that the actual ruination is a shovel to the head until the memes stop flowing from the narrator's cake hole.

Nicely done. I think you could fit a few more memes in there. You could at least bel-air it, and if you wanted to be a total douche, transition that bel-air into a rickroll.

IMPOSSIBLE! The density would be too great! The comic would collapse into a memegularity!

Isn't it "yo dawg"? Or am I mistaken? Or is "sup" considered a meme too? I haven't quite been up to date with these things since I formed a babby.

The mixture of memes is more finely grained than you realize.
Try the Printifier for xkcd. You can now scale the comic between 50 and 150%.

I find these very useful: Common Errors in English Usage (web site) and Eats, Shoots & Leaves (book). You may, too.

Sup /b/
etc.

Speaking of finely grained, I love that he managed to actually mix two memes over top of each other (Yo dawg and mudkips).

That seems kind of weak. I mean, unless words in general are memes. You could make the case for that, but then the greatest meme density could just be achieved by saying a lot of words. In which case a comic like Subnormality has a lot more meme density than this.

I wanted to come here and share my discovery that, apparently, "babby" was an alternate spelling used by Victorian novelists to indicate a lower class dialect. See Uncle Silas and Our Mutual Friend. I was always curious as to how someone could possibly misspell "baby," but now my fears for humanity are assuaged—clearly the poster was simply a nineteenth-century time-traveling street urchin.

Not all words are memes, but I have to agree that 'Sup' is at the very least a cliché.

Personally I think "Not cool, not funny, not a good comic" would've been better alt text!

That said, I wondered a long time ago why I had never seen "Yo dawg, I heard u liek mudkips so..."

Obvious meme overlap is obvious.

It is not 'Sup dawg'. It is Yo Dawg. Nothing to do with sup /b/, which isn't even a meme.
