Handicap doors that have a button to press have long been my favorite. I like to play games with them. I test their strength to see if they can knock me over when they open, or if I can make the motor "skip." I also like to press the button and not go through. And guess how long it will stay open, then walk through at the last possible moment.

i hope you mean the doors are handicapped. I'm always wary of handicap toilets. I wonder what exactly is wrong with them.

No, the doors made for handicapped people.

You know, you hit the big button then they swing open?

I sorta dunno why I put that in that "list". I guess I thought two wouldn't significant enough and couldn't think of a third logical one to add to the list.

I'm just trying to get the point across that if we get lazy, we exercise less, and therefore are more likely to become overweight and obese. And a lot of us (erm, human beings) are starting to get slightly lazier. But perhaps, more to the point, tons of kids always want fast food instead of a healthier alternative. Many adults make the same choice since it's covenient and fast. In case you didn't know, fast food is usually (if not always) loaded with trans fat and other kinds of fat. (Speaking of trans fat, did you ever notice how whenever something says "0g Trans Fat" it almost always has saturated fat?) Even one time could be bad for you. Fast food is making us fatter and unhealthier because of it's convience, speed, and appeal to kids.

The only way to do that is to BE MORE HEALTHY! Get some Traceurin' done, Urban-Style Rooftop chases are the only places we have a chance to outrun them!

How about weekly raptor attacks for a weekly exercise program? Don't exercise and you have a big consequence... you die.

There's a set of automatic doors at a hospital I deliver to that has exactly the right timing for me to pretend I'm a Jedi (or at least telekinetic). I have to stop for a moment before they open, and I use this time to raise my hand, then make a "push" motion just as the door moves.

It's one of those thrills that gets me through my days. :P

Nah, those things are awesome, they have sensors that halt the rotation if they're obstructed. That said, you make sure you're in the arc ahead of your friend. Then you stick your hand out and stop the door, trapping them in a little wedge shaped box for as long as you see fit.

I don't like the automatic revolving doors either. I'm quite tall and have a stride-length to match. I get into the door and either bump the trailing door with my heel or lean into the leading door too hard and all of a sudden I'm trapped in a wedge-shaped box waiting for the machine to decide I'm not a threat and can have my freedom.

The main benefit, however, is that automatic revolving doors are raptor-proof. A raptor as long as my stride will be unable to get through the door without its tail and head bumping the doors and triggering the brakes.

Like Teaspoon I do a Star Wars related action. Except I wave my hand, ordering the sliding doors to open at my will. I do this every time I enter the market, and I have influenced my friend to do the same.

i usually click my fingers at them. There are few things more satisfying than when I get a really god click just at the right time for the doors t start opening.

I'm just scared of them going freakishly out of control, especially if you're super-high up like on the second floor of a theater. I feel so imbalanced on them.

I know how you feel, I'm usually a very balanced person, but on a escalator I feel like I'm going to tip over.

Something that perplexes me: Two automatic doors in a row.

I really like that seinfeld joke, where he says something along the lines of

"you know the only piece of electronics i trust is the escalator?
you know why? Because they can never be out of order, if it's not working it's just a set of stairs"
