I once tried making a group called "If 300,000 people join this group, then 300,000 people will have clogged their friends' news feeds," but it never took off. I didn't have space to go into the millions place.

I also just realized this is the point where xkcd will, in all likely-hood, have passed OotS in main comics by numbers. If you count all the bonus comics in books and the one panel jokes extra on the site, OotS is still ahead by along ways.

I think I just came up with a simple explanation for the economy crisis.

Economy is not doing well because the economy not doing well. And the market is failing because the market is failing. And mix of this two.

Oh wait,.. sorry, it has been done before. It is pretty much the only explanation that news provide anyway.

Redundancy =/= tautology. This is, of course, because tautology =/= redundancy.

Let me see if I can explain. If I were to explain this difference tautologically, I would use tautological reasoning to explain the difference between tautology and redundancy. I might use tautological examples, which would consist of examples that were tautological. I would convince you because you would see the truth in what I was saying and be swayed to agree with my conclusion.

If I were to explain this group redundantly, I would explain this group redundantly. I would use redundant examples such as redundant examples. I would convince you I was right because I would convince you I was right.

Great comic. I was laughing at "tautology club", and when I got to the end, I was laughing so hard I couldn't read the mouseover...then I read it and I laughed even more....

Those are excellent rules for the tautology club. I too was laughing so hard that I didn't remember to read the mousover text until I later remembered to read the mouseover text.

I suggest we amend the rules as following:
