http://xkcd.com/31/ is another good one. I'm going to edit this post with all the working ones I find.
http://xkcd.com/77/ I'm beginning to notice that none of the good ones (with the exception of headache) use the algorithm, but were made by people. Can someone find another exception?
http://xkcd.com/126/ Finally one with the red spiders. (yes I am going through them in order)
http://xkcd.com/129/ I've now noticed that going backwards from the most recent one gets better results than first to last. I'll carry on though.
http://xkcd.com/150/ rauni found this first, but I, might as well make this list as complete as I can be bothered to.

How can o‌ne t‌est ones 3D creation? I saved the HTML file for the comic I tried to 3Dify, but I find no reference to comic.json that I could redirect to my local hard drive.

Monika: you could try pasting the json directly into the omgitsin3d() call at the top of the HTML... it appears that's what the serverside script is doing, anyway.

Unrelatedly: From browsing the source, it appears you can go to http://xkcd.com/880/#flat to turn off the 3D effects.

I don't get it. It just looks like he tried to make stick figure drawings and text look even worse by drawing them with his toes or something.

It's a‌ffected by what I do t‌here, but it still gets the pictures that are referenced t‌here from the server :( . This can happen due to base href tags, but t‌here is no such thing.

This is too cool!

Have you got two monitors? Bring up the comic as far to the left as you can. Now move the cursor as far to the right as your dual monitor setup allows. You can make today's image turn enough to read the words on the sitting character's computer monitor! Yet another hidden joke, thanks Randall!

Download http://imgs.xkcd.com/xk3d/xk3d.js
Put the xk3d.js file to same directory as HTML file.

Change xk3d.js fourth row to:
img_base = ""

Now the code will look for source files in the same directory.

Now change inside the function "omgitsin3d":

omgitsin3d(
{"parallax_layers": [
{"src": "academia_vs_business_frame.png", "c": "frames"},
{"src": "academia_vs_business_corners.png", "c": "corners"},
{"src": "academia_vs_business_text.png", "c": "text"},
{"src": "academia_vs_business_arrows.png", "z": 0, "o": 1},
{"src": "academia_vs_business_labels.png", "z": -60, "o": 1 },
{"src": "academia_vs_business_no_text.png", "c": "drawings"}]
})

Yeah at work we have both and I happened to come back on the other because our main application only works in IE8 :-P. It was neat seeing how today's comic TOTALLY doesn't work in it.

No, the alt-text worked fine for me last night when it was first posted, and it still shows up just fine now. I'm using chrome, if that makes any difference.

It didn't work on firefox for a significant time, then it just started working suddenly. So I assume it was a browser-specific fix.

Well I think the 3d effect really works on some comics while it completely ruins others. maybe if they get converted properly this could add a nice touch to XKCD.
You can still use the mobile version if you want things to be the old way.
I personally would like to see this system stay in place even abfter april 1st. (finetuned, however)

I took on http://xkcd.com/861/ Wisdom Teeth, for the poor guy is hovering several meters above the ground in the last panel, and the totally flat fourth panel is also not very flat.

All these years, I simply hadn't considered that a lack of horizon meant they might be floating in some featureless void.
It just took a simple extension by rendering of the comic-frame to illicit that thought.

"Look! They are floating!" is still putting the horse before Descartes.

Just like the foolish rastering of the text in these posts causing people to misspell things, means they don't know how to speel.

This was a good comic. Those 3D movies really do annoy me, but not because they give me headaches. The glasses never seem to fit me correctly, so the bridge of my nose always hurts. I usually end up just holding the glasses and looking through them backwards.

Anyway, the 3D comic thing is very cool. I hope it's made into some sort of option, however. It seems like something that would get annoying very quickly. (Much like the April Fool's Day jokes.)

I'm not getting a headache, but I am searching frantically for the 2D setting. I for one do not welcome our new 3D overlords.
