I wonder if Randall could explain the USPS logo too. I've never been able to tell what it's supposed to be.

Reminds me of the hidden bear in the Toblerone logo. Which, incidentally, is the Swiss national animal.

I can’t tell if you’re serious, so I’ll take it at face value. It’s the disembodied head of a raptor. True fact.

Can't be unseen... now I see this on the ACTUAL Fedex logo.

Fun fact: the Tostitos logo is two guys wearing sombreros dipping chips in a bowl

This is just the statement "drugs make you see weird things" wrapped up in a pretty package. Didn't really think it was a good comic.

You mean this isn't what people normally see? I'm confused, what's all this about an arrow?

I thought it was a Bald Eagle breaking the sound barrier.

I see the two people holding one chip to dip in salsa, but no sombreros

Personally, I didn't find this comic that funny.

Not quite. Switzerland doesn't have a national animal. The bear is the heraldic symbol of the canton of Bern where the Toblerone company is based (and Bern is a form of the german word for bear).

Man, I'm retarded. Until you said this I though he meant "Toblerone is the Swiss national animal".

I never thought I'd be saying "get out of my head Randall!" When I had my car in the shop a few months ago the driver of my complementary shuttle pointed out the hidden arrow to me in the FedEx logo. Now it's all I can see when looking at the logo! It really is an ingenious hidden logo for a shipping company. It's funny to ask some of my friends/co-workers, the more creative ones had already discovered that arrow on their own.

I first noticed the arrow in the Arabic version of the logo - much more visible. Then I started seeing the Latin one.

No one else has pointed out the spoon that also exists in the Fed Ex logo? Between the e and d. You know, because of the "fed" part. I love that lesser known part about the logo. :D

This thread reminds me of the old logo of the Norwegian National Health Insurance. If you tilt your head to the right, you see a sad face.

First, a tiny nitpick: if that's supposed to be the aactual Guy Fawkes, why is he wearing a Guy Fawkes mask as indicated by the straps along the sides of his face?

Just typing that made me wonder why I care... *headdesk*

This comic actually reminds me of what my AP Psych class did pertaining to perception yesterday.

I don't know if this strip has caused this or not (probably not) but if you go to Google Image search and search for "tostitos logo" guess what the fourth result is

Spoiler:
the FedEx logo!

I did spend a few minutes trying to see Guy Fawkes.. makes me wish I had a good shroom hook up now.. of course I *can* almost see him if I assume he is rendered on an Atari 2600 :D

While Willie Mays looks more like ColecoVision. And the armored vehicle is clearly the Union ship Monitor, not some weird domed hover tank.
