Fellow religionists. The non-affiliated and secular people mean our religions no harm. Why do you choose to kill them?

Fellow religionists. The non-affiliated and secular people mean our religions no harm. Why do you choose to kill them?

Sometimes we religious people bring needless oppression to the non-affiliated and secular people. We religionists often think we should use force to impose our ideology unto others who think differently. Some call these Inquisitions and Jihad. In my case, I use the force of argument and nothing else.

The non-affiliated and secular people do not hate us religious people. They just see us as idol worshipers with good minds that we have allowed to be compromised by faith and delusional supernatural thinking.

Knowing that non-affiliated people only feel pity for us religious people, --- and more importantly, --- mean us no harm, --- why do you choose to kill non-affiliated and secular people?

You and I have no just cause. If you think you do, please articulate it.

I do not expect many replies from my fellow religionists to this question so let me end without a question but a plea instead.

Fellow religionists please stop killing the non-affiliated and secular people who only feel pity for the way we religious people think.

Killing those who wish us no harm is rude.

Regards
DL

Non, no, we really do hate them. We just keep it quiet, because we fear the inquisition.

Its unexpectedness is what makes it so scary.

Fear is not hate. Fear keeps you at home. Hate motivates to go and do something about that hate.

But seriously what do you expect from this thread? I don't think we have anyone here who kills people for religious reason, nor anyone who thinks it is right to do that. So it is a question and a plea that nobody whom it concerns is likely to read. What is the discussion topic supposed to be since nobody here will take the position that you should kill secular people. Do you want a general discussion of violence against secular people?

Not really.

The hope is that those Christians and Muslims who might choose to hate and kill without a just cause, even in their own religions but of a different sect might recognize that they have no just cause to do so.

Especially Muslims of today seem to think they have a just cause.

As I said in the O.P., I do not expect many potential violent to respond but if I am lucky, I might find just the one and change his thinking.

I've heard from a reliable source that fear leads to anger, and anger leads to hate.

You heard wrong.

Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. You must face your fear. You must permit it to pass over you and through you. And when it has gone past you must turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only You will remain.

Have you conducted some sort of survey regarding this? I'm not religious at all and I don't pity religious people or see them as delusional in any way. Perhaps you shouldn't assume what other people think.

Well that's not terribly islamophobic at all!
