Thanks for necro'ing an 18 month old thread about a shit film just to share that.

Translation for those who don't speak "confrontational troll".

Vash thinks there's nothing wrong with gravedigging and makes his point in a sarcastic and mocking way.

Mistranslation. I have no idea what I was doing, actually. I think I was just being silly. I thought he was too harsh, but instead of saying anything, I was silly instead. If anything, in my last post I made fun of my previous post. Either way, I don't take the apparent mocking tone of that very seriously. It's silly for being that way (there's nothing really that it is making fun of). Sorry, it may have been a bit careless.

This is the Victoria Falls in Zambia. If you pop open any National Geographic, you'll find dozens of pictures just like this. And they're real. Save up a little money, and you can go there.

Gravedigging is preferred over starting a new thread here.

If we're going to dig up corpses, i'd like to see some action happening. On topic, if the corpse still allows for that

ewww.
This is a corpse?
Is that depressing, too?

It seems that we are in a world wide depression. Depressions are depressing.
The last depression gave birth to Hollywood Musicals.
This depression has given us Avatar.

The internet allows us to be connected and so very alone all at the same time.

I do believe you're conflating correlation and causation a bit there.

Yes. It's obvious Hollywood musicals were the prime factors of the great depression.

No. The Musicals did not cause the depression. The depression caused the Musicals.
I Know Its Depressing!
I listened to a man explain that slavery and oppression produced great music and affluence and freedom produced Disco. He seemed to make sense, at the time.

It does make sense. It is the human imagination. We are sometimes able to see a thing for what it is, when, it is far away. I was told, "We can't see the Forest for all the trees."
Cutting down the trees is not a good way to get a better view of the trees. It does work, sometimes.
I knew a man that used a gun to shoot the tops out of the trees. He stood on his deck and shot the tops out of the trees. They were growing up and blocking his view. It worked. He had a very nice view.
Yes. I know; He could have killed hikers. Maybe, he did. Hikers go missing every year. That nonsense is not allowed in European counties. Right?
In the US that is tame behavior. He was a professional. His work was plant genetics.

You seemed to be claiming that the US economy's downturn was the inspiration behind Avatar. Did I misread?

Perhaps it's more, those with the businesses see the market potential. IE, in a market depression, stories about escaping from that situation sell better. Or stories like Avatar do. Did spy movies do better in the cold war than they do now for sales/profit?
It's all physics and stamp collecting.
It's not a particle or a wave. It's just an exchange.
