I will punch you in the face so hard. Shut up and go away, or feel my fist on the inside of the back of your skull.

In her executive order last week, Brewer said giving deferred action recipients "improper access" to state and local benefits would "have significant and lasting impacts on the Arizona budget, its health care system and additional public benefits that Arizona taxpayers fund."

Ignoring, of course, that the people being excluded are themselves taxpayers in many cases. So they're denied services they deserve (as taxpayers) on the grounds that they don't deserve them, and Brewer can say she's taking steps that Arizona needs her to take by picking a defenseless segment of the population to write off.

Something along the lines of, 'Holy pancakes Batman the Riddler is here!' might have been more appropriate.

Under the new policy, people younger than 30 who arrived in the United States before the age of 16, pose no criminal or security threat, and were successful students or served in the military, can get a two-year deferral from deportation and apply for work permits.

Is "driving without a license" a criminal enough charge to cause one to become ineligible under this policy?

The first posts from both the riddler and the GDed batman? It was so interesting I didn't read the article.

This seem like a good idea, actually.

Something along the lines of, 'Holy pancakes Batman the Riddler is here!' might have been more appropriate.

But that's what Wacky 60's Adam West Batman would say, not Gritty 80's God Damned Batman.

You're both wrong! Batman would never talk to himself in the third person... now, it's totally something Robin would say.

No, my point is that batman would never say "holy pancakes Batman the Riddler is here!"

Also, I'm glad OP was animated series riddler and not Batman Forever Jim Carrey riddler...

and, lastly, a golf club driver doesn't require a license either, but I suppose that's not clever enough to throw a wrench in the OPs plans.

yeah, I think that about covers it.

I spent most of my life in the Phoenix area and there's a few things about the place that have always astounded me. 1) How ubiquitous illegal immigrants are, 2) how economically and socially beneficial they are to the area, and 3) how much old white people HATE THEM anyway. Everybody benefits from them being there, often very directly, but people get so high and mighty over it... fucking eh, man.

It's more of something that gritty oughts All Star Batman would say. Why we let Frank Miller out of his cage is beyond me.

No doubt! We need to bury the lie that there is some sort of citizen tax that the undocumented doesn't pay and that their lives are swell because of the free ride.
