What the hell, cf? Is there a jester role in this game that we haven't been told about or something? Jesus.

Well, if you simply stopped being interesting, we would seem normal. And not boring. You're creating your own misery.

I did my best to stir some life into the game and it earned me a FOS from moody.
I can't abide the lynching of a cute penguin, but I don't think CF is especially scummy. Just bored and wanting to move on with the game.
Bah.
I hate day 1. Especially when there's nothing to go on.

You're all too lazy to actually play. So you're just voting for me.

Guess it's what I get for trying to shock some life into this.

Good luck.

Suddenly there's a scream from OOTD's bedroom. You rush there and find him dead. He holds a newspaper in his hands - critic has made his strike.
OOTD was a Souffle King.

Oh...well, that's great. :\

I didn't even know we weren't playing with the assassins-only-get-a-suicide-kill rule...

And Vieto, that's not necessarily true. Sometimes it is good to vote for the king. It just didn't work out well this particular time.

So... Out of une see, CntRational and moody the other 2 king guards exist?
Assuming the king guards voted CF to protect the king.
Should the other king guards claim now that they don't risk outing the king?

I think it's a terrible idea to claim. Why would we ever want to give the assassins more information? They've already killed the king, and Day 1 hasn't even ended.

Okay, I'm inclined to believe cf for now. I am very suspicious of InstinctSage now for wanting guards to claim when that would help the assassins more than anything.

Ding-ding-ding! Time's up!
You wrap a piece of rope around crucialityfactor's head and hang him high. At the last moment he manages to scream someone's name out, but nothing happens.

You have successfully hung a Critic! Hooray!

So did cf try to kill someone or not? I'm not familiar with how this Assassins game is going...And can you tell us if he was the one who killed ootd, or if it was the other critic?

Yes, he did try to kill someone, but he missed. Nobody knows Apprentices - so no harm was done. It's a little twist in my game. Actually, yes, he was the one responsible for OOTD's death.

Oh, alright then.

So can you clarify- the remaining Critic only has one opportunity to hit the queen, yes? If s/he misses and hits an Apprentice instead, the Critic automatically loses, and the Apprentice doesn't even die? (And did cf already win, since he killed the King?)

Yes, yes, yes, actually it's a tie if another Critic gets a hit as well.

Well, if you were following the game, you would know that there's another Critic on the run and he's after the remaining member of the Royal Chef Family - the Queen herself.

CF got one kill, mystery critic got one kill. Seems like a tie to me.

Anyway, Day 2 is still going
8 players remain, 5 to lynch, and hey, SuperTD suddenly takes 3 votes to lynch.

Upset that the king was murdered,

Consoled that the critic got his commupance even post facto,

Determined that the second critic will not meet his target,

Confused as what to make of SuperTD needing only 3 votes to lynch,
