That's only somethign that changes with practice. No-one here expects to win every game, or even come close to it. You just have a laugh while you do it, and hopefully pick things up.

So....we are now back to square one as we will get a replacement joining us. I think I'm going to wait and see what they have to say before going back and trying to figure something new out.

I think I am going to point a FoS at myrrh7x, as he has been staying under the radar a bit too effectively. With just enough posts to appear somewhat active, and agreeing with things that have already been said while not taking any major action or stepping out of line himself... that's how I would play the first day if I were scum.

I don't mean to sound too mean or anything, but I'm not contributing much at all, and won't be for the next few days.
Reasons:
Day 1 is all so jumpy. A man(or woman) gets lynched all too quickly for doing nothing.
Happens all the time.

I do not have much experience with Batman, and as it is a closed set-up, it is even harder to figure out the roles.
Flavor text being the only clue is hard to follow a lot of the time.

I am busy with midterms.
I need to study for my tests right now.

This is probably a little over the edge in terms of defense, but I've mentioned these points earlier on somewhere. I think.
Also, at the risk of sounding WIFOMy, someone is probably gonna attempt to lynch me for this.

Okay, know what? This game is so stalled, we need to get it moving. In the interest of that, and the fact that Mattias was quite jumpy/annoyed/over-reacting earlier, I shall throw my vote on him as well. Also, Cycoden usually has good instincts and I am not suspicious of him in this game thus far.

This was the post I am mainly talking about. I agreed with him initially if you look at the post I made directly below his, but in going back and looking at his previous posts, I get a bad feeling when I see how much this whole game he has kinda latched on to me. He's been trying hard it seems to be buddy-buddy with me and when I saw Cycoden's post and went back and read for myself, he did seem a bit off with this post, and others have little bits in them, and seem clingy to me. I don't like this. Maybe he is town and is convinced I am town as well (and I am town) but something about it seems off. I get a heavy feeling that I am being set up for something, and I don't like that. Cycoden had an analysis post FoS'ing both me and mattias two pages back I believe, you can read that as well here viewtopic.php?f=53&t=33022&p=1311097&hilit=cycoden#p1310707 now I think after I clairified my posts as people in this game keep missreading them that helps with his issues with me. However, seeing how others are reading me, trying to look at this game as an independent observer and not me, and then reading it, I see how much mattias and I have been "alligned" so far, starting with him. And both of us are not under people's radar. So, i have a feeling either one of us is scum (and it's not me) or we both are town and scum are doing a good job of setting us up.

So... tl;dr people: mattias, when I tried re-reading this whole thing a few hours ago from an outside observer perspective, is trying to really buddy up to me, and I am not comfortable with that. He also got a bit touchy and exasperated with all the finger-pointing of day one especially in the above post I quoted of his.

...i always get somewhat nervous when bandwagons fall on my reasoning without much further discussion (other than your intriguing points, sungura). Hmm. I'll concede matthias' point that this game has been unusually difficult to make headway in, but I can't see a more promising target at this point of the game.
