Ah, thanks - I hadn't seen the change, no. I'll have a definite yes or no at some point tonight, most likely yes.

Right ok, I'm going to be wearing a t-shirt with "Back in the USSR" written on it in yellow letters, a pinstripe jacket and brown cord trousers. I will probably be muttering to myself.

I shall be wearing blue jeans, a No-Raptor T-Shirt, on top of a long sleeved beige top. A more noticeable piece of clothing may well be the knee-length black/grey rain mac that I'll also be wearing....

For the face, look out for blonde hair and sticky-out ears, the most noticeable features.

Seeing you all soon!!

I am very tempted to wear my new t shirt (It says "My face is up here" with an arrow pointing up...) also I will be wearing baggy jeans. Also here is my face viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6318&start=8400#p919745.

(I know it's in my avatar, but it's easier to see in the big pictures)

Changed my mind. I have no baggy jeans that are clean. I will be wearing that t-shirt, and I'll be with Lolsaur, so I should be easy to spot.

Tomorrow I will text you the name of an animal.

Go there and you'll find something.

Sorry I can't make it. Accept what's there as a 'proxy me'.

We were slightly confused when we got the text asking about laptops, and wondered where you were. And yes, Brian the Raptor is now in the safe hands of Lolsaur, I believe.

There are banter pictures, but I don't think there are many (or maybe any) of the people. You'll have to wait until Teapot sorts those out.

Brian? That's a good name for a raptor. Oh and the laptop was to read the memory stick I left.

I think that all the pictures are actually Brian... He's such a camwhore.

Also we got a little confused by the memory stick.

Also also Lolsaur wants to know if that's your real voice because he thinks it's pretty awesome.

Yep, that's my real voice.

The memory stick was my nerdy equivalent of a 'Hi there' note, and then I didn't know what else to put on it so I dumped a few songs on it.

Glad you had a good time.

Heh, it's simple to get a voice like mine. Drink too much Whiskey, and smoke for 20 years. Not much of an upside when you consider the downs. :)

I say, bring on the whiskey and fags! Hopefully you can make it next time Red Hal.

And yes, I would like to take credit for the naming of Brian ;). We should take him with us every time we meet up, and take pictures to make a little picture story! "Brian at the Museum", "Brian at the Zoo", "Brian goes to the Beach".... the possibilites are endless!

A fun time was had I believe, despite lack of decisiveness on my part, apologies again, I had a headache :(.

That's quite alright, I'm top blame for the confusion - I was under the impression that the Blind Poet did indeed do food, but alas, they just directed us to the cafe across the road. A bit silly, really.

Also, Brain says "Hi. I can haz worldz naow?". I keep telling him no, but he won't listen.

Hmm... another one would be good, yeah. I'd suggest just wandering round the gardens or something, but it's a bit cold to be doing that yet. Somewhere warm with food and seating, maybe?

So it's getting a little warmer here in Edinburgh and, whilst I don't want to be too optimistic about the weather, I have been able to go out without a jacket for the past two weeks or so (maybe it's just because I'm used to Aberdeen weather). I think this calls for a picnic in Princes Street Gardens! We'll need a back up plan, of course in case of nasty weather. Thing is if I'm going to make it it either needs to be at some point in the next two weeks or so or between May 21st and June 6th (and as always I won't be free Thursday afternoons or Saturday mornings or afternoons). Am I right in thinking most people will be finished school/uni/college etc by then? I'm just kind of judging based on my exams and what my exams were like last year...

This could work; I finish school sometime in the middle of May and my exams are all at the very end of the month/start of June.
*checks sqa timetables*
Tuesday 26 May, Wednesday 3 June, maybe Thursday 4 June are all out the window for me I'm afraid. The rest should be fine.

I'm not entirely sure... The plan isn't so much "pub crawl" right now as "work out what you want to do when you're about to do it". If you want to text me a mobile number I can phone/text you if there's any definite plan to stay in town.

I've also been told by Lolsaur that I've to make no plans for the 22nd. Sounds like the best time for it would be right at the end of May?

Umm, My gf's from there? I'm an Edinbugger myself, so I suppose you could call that some kind of crossbreeding programme.

Suggestion for meet up date - the 31st of May?

It's a Sunday. My uncle's having his 40th birthday party the night before, so Lolsaur will hopefully have the weekend off and be down here that weekend anyway. I think last time we met up was a Sunday too, so I thought that would probably be ok?
