lemme fill this gap.
you would want to upload 2 images ... the original one, and a smaller version.
then just use:
- Code: Select all

so basically you create
- Code: Select all
link display text
with an
- Code: Select all
[img][/img]
inside it so that the small image is the "display text" of the link to the larger image.
example:
- Code: Select all

with
http://members.chello.at/jacen.at/myself.jpg beeing the large image and
http://members.chello.at/jacen.at/myself_small.jpg beeing the small image

Thumbnailling just means you have to click on each image, or squint to see it rather than just scrolling down.
Thumbnailling = more work to read...

bah, it's nothing bad. There's a few pictures of me playing with toy dinosaurs, Halloween shots with my '80s-licious fauxhawk, or posing in a ball gown in the middle of a bunch of sand dunes. Artsy stuff, but nothing bad.
Rachel! You remind me of a celebrity, but I can't for the life of me figure out who.
...Just thought I'd share that bit of random and somewhat useless information.

I can't tell if Rachel reminds me of an old friend, or if it's just because I've seen so many pictures of her these last few weeks. The lines between Web-web memories of people that I know in real life and Blagonets memories of people I don't are crossing and destroying my damn brain.
I would post more pictures of myself in the hope of passing on this strange and terrible affliction to someone else, but alas, I have no hosting and I'm too lazy to find some. I mean, I'm too damn lazy to upload them to my blog or facebook even. Damn, I suck!
One of these days my desk is going to collapse in the middle and all its weight will come down on my knee and tear my new fake ACL. It could be tomorrow. This is my concern.

Hmmm, I think there has been enough pictures of me for the moment.
However, if other people took pictures of themselves playing with dinosaurs, maybe I could be persuaded.*
There should be a photo thread of people defeating raptors! Yeah! We'll show 'em who's boss!
*I actually don't remember any more if they were toy dinosaurs or a B-movie-monster-film-set toys...not all the pics came out well, and I don't remember which ones did...

hmm, it is cool to make a connection across the globe (this is assuming you're not from cupar in fife in scotland), but when you see my eyes in real life the grey is actually more green... just it's not too good a picture. sorry to disappoint:)

No, nothing like her

I don't think this needs to be stickied. If people keep posting their pics, then it'll stay near the top. If they don't, it will drop down. There's not advantage to artificially keeping it at the top; like with the Rules or Introduction thread.

I can see the argument for it being stickied though, and I do not think it would cause any undue trouble if it did. It is like an introduction thread for faces.

Dinosaurs = AWESOME!!
This is me this morning, trying to figure out where the hell my hair went. (Most of it is in a ponytail.) I got it cut with a mate last night but the hairdresser cut it a little bit too short, so it'll be stubby little ponytails/pigtails/rhinoceroustails until it sits where I want it. They tried to give
him a mohawk, so I got off easy! Silly hairdressers.

I will put this here, also, even though it is already in the story/hermaj has b00bs thread.
This is the picture he is on about, I think. And this is the face I am making right now!
