I think I'm pretty picky, but the main thing that gets me in trouble is I don't eat tomato sauce. I didn't start eating pizza until I was 14 or something (and only then because it kept showing up at parties) but now I just get pizza without tomato sauce. I dislike sauces/condiments in general, and food that looks messy or gross. I guess those go hand in hand.
Also, I don't think I like what I think is Mexican food, tacos, nachos (I like just plain chips, but not all the stuff on it), burritos, beans, quesadillas, etc.
Also, I don't really think I get cheese. It is okay sometimes, but I don't see so much what the big deal is. I'm a vegetarian and NOT TO GET ALL VEGAN ON YOU but I think I am phasing away from dairy products in general. I stopped drinking milk over a year ago, and now I don't think I could have any without feeling sick. So I don't really like milk either, and I mean this more as a food that is not enjoyable to me, and not as a food that I don't have for moral/health/whathaveyou reasons.
Before when I ate meat, I hated beef jerky, even though I don't think I ever tried it.

I hear you on things that are too sweet, but I'm the opposite, re: chocolate cake. I'm not huge on cake, and it's not that I don't like other cake, but rather that I don't see the point in eating cake that isn't chocolate (or any other kind of dessert).
I accepted a piece of the meat cake from Ryan North at webcomics weekend, but even then in my head I was just thinking I WISH THIS WAS CHOCOLATE.
